Dusit Hotel Siem Reap

I had a lovely stay at Dusit Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Near to every shops and Pub Street. A great place to stay in Siem Reap!

Floor of King Suite with Terrace View was flat out covered in dust, being barefoot is a no-no, feet immediately were black. Ok, it's low season and the room hasn't been cleaned in awhile, I guess...door to "terrace" doesn't close/lock, not that you would want to go out there anyway, no view, just some ragged fake grass and a beat up lounger. The "pool" is the size of a small bedroom and the pool area is full of local motodops hanging out with their girlfriend's, so to go for a dip feels like you're invading someone's courtship and intimate moment. The reason I left however was the water heating unit beeps randomly and incessantly, and there was no way I was going to listen to that all night. For $50 a night in low season it's just silly when you can pay $100 for the Park Hyatt.

I appreciated the free pick-up from the Bus Station in Siem Reap City. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay.

Of all the places we stayed during this trip, this was one of the most comfortable. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable after a tiring day of sightseeing. We enjoyed a satisfying breakfast every morning, and the friendly staff always greeted us with a smile. It felt just like being at home.

This hotel was the perfect way to experience Siem Reap. A very special accommodation, and everything I needed was provided with thoughtful, caring, and attentive help. I arrived late on my first day and they treated me like family, exactly what one needs at the end of a long day. It is perfectly located for all local exploring, and I would recommend to everyone!

I stayed for several days and it was very comfortable as everything was peaceful and cozy. The room was quiet and I was able to sleep soundly, and the staff were kind and professional throughout my stay.

Every day at The Dusit Hotel began with a pleasant atmosphere and ended with complete relaxation. The comfortable room, delicious meals, and outstanding customer care made this one of my favorite hotel stays.

My expectations were completely surpassed at The Dusit Hotel. Everything was handled with care, from the spotless room to the excellent dining experience. The genuine hospitality made me feel like more than just another guest.

This was my first time staying at the dusit hotel and I was thoroughly impressed. Everything was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The friendly service provided by the staff made my stay even more enjoyable.

What I loved most about the was the dusit hotel incredibly warm welcome I received from the staff. With its serene atmosphere, comfortable rooms, and excellent service, it was clear that the staff genuinely cares about their guests.

I truly enjoyed my stay here—the room was comfortable and relaxing, and the service from reception to restaurant was consistently warm, attentive, and professional.

Location, friendly staff Need hunger

All staff were very attentive and friendly, the buffet breakfast was amazing and great value for money. Location was very nice Only 3mins by walking to the Pub street.

TV not work

The location of Dusit Hotel Siem Reap is perfect. It is very close to Pub Street, 7-Eleven, and the night markets, so everything is easily accessible by walking. The area is lively and convenient for exploring Siem Reap. The hotel should clarify better that the pickup service is not from the airport to avoid confusion for guests. Also, the breakfast was passable but could be improved with more variety and quality.

I stayed here for 10 days and overall had a good experience, with a few important things future travelers should be aware of. First, it has a great location, very walkable to bars, restaurants, markets, and the city center. The room was spacious, the internet worked well, and the staff were friendly and responsive throughout my stay. The room needs some maintenance; there were black spots in a few corners that looked like old water leakage. Although the listing advertises TVs, the TV was not working at ALL. I asked if they could fix that and they mentioned that none of TVs in the property were working (Oouuch!). However, the biggest issue was the noise at night, the walls and/or the balcony's sliding doors are thin, and the Hard Rock Café one block away plays loud music every night until midnight, which made it difficult to sleep.

How close it was to everything and how sweet the staff was Nothing!

I found the hotel to be an excellent choice, offering a perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, and friendly service.
