Treeline is very clean, modern and comfortable for your stay in Siem Reap. It is very close to good restaurants and Pub Street. The had easily accessible tuk tuks for us to take. The staff was outstanding and very accommodating. It was a great value for the money.

Super clean, very attentive staff. Very good food at the restaurant. Bike rent. Perfect location. You can do jogging from the place. Very good massage ag the spa. Very good housekeeping. No bugs. I would love if the hotel had a gym.

A welcoming and peaceful hotel. The staff was some of the friendliest staff that we have ever experienced at a hotel. The room and facilities were beautifully decorated and created a peaceful ambiance. We also felt it was an upscale experience.

Staff was nice. We had just come from another 5-star property to Treeline, which is also supposed to be a 5-star hotel. There were a lot of things that weren’t in line with that. We put on our robes after a shower and they had stains on them- they had not been washed! There was limescale all over the bathroom floor, the toilet paper was single ply, the glasses at the bar were plastic. If we wanted filtered water, we had to walk all the way down the first floor every single time and there is one single water receptacle. Why aren’t there filtered water machines in the room? Finally, we had the included breakfast twice and immediately had to run to the bathroom after. The food had flies swirling all around it and really tasted like poor quality. We were generally grossed out and were itching to leave.

Wonderful, warm, helpful and welcoming staff. Customer service is exceptional. Very Comfortable accommodations with demonstrated high cleanliness. Delicious options at the restaurant. Great local fruit and snacks in the rooms…yummm. Good value.

Wonderful hotel in the perfect location for Siem Reap. My room was spacious and beautifully designed. The staff are extremely helpful and gracious. I would highly recommend.

Location was extremely walkable in the heart of Siem Reap. The breakfast was outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. The pool was gorgeous and well maintained. I highly recommend staying here!

Location was in front of the river, pool was always available, aesthetically pleasing Breakfast was lackluster, soundproofing was quite bad as I could hear people talking in the hallway and the noise of the garbage truck outside the street late at night. No bidet.

There is just so much that I liked about this hotel, I liked the cleanliness, attention to detail, restaurants, the amazing staff and the location. I was traveling with my 2 year old son who caught a cold and had trouble breathing so at 1 am I decided to take him to ER. The Siem Reap Medical Center was a few minutes away, they put my son on the nebulizer and he was able to breathe normally again after the treatment. Treeline is also near Pubstreet and Angkor Wat. For me, it was just the perfect location and the surrounding area is nice. I wanted to extend my stay at Treeline but my room was not available due to the last minute decision. I stayed at a different hotel and the experience was not the same, I was pretty bummed about that. I’ll be back in Siem Reap next year and without a doubt staying at Treeline! We had a connecting room and although it was secured, the walls must be thin because i could hear their convo. Luckily they weren’t in their room too much.

The hotel was designed with so much taste, located 20 min in motorbike from the Angkor Temples. The common areas and the bedroom are beautiful. We absolutely loved our Suite, it was spacious, with a small balcony and view on the swimming pool. The bed is big and comfortable. The breakfast is great with a mix of buffet and one à la carte dish. They also have a lot of vegan options. Their black coffee is perfect. The staff are the most welcoming hotel staff we ever encountered. All of them with no exception! Same for the pool, spa, breakfast restaurant and Romiet restaurant staff. We will definitely come back if we can!

Best hotel in the area with very nice outdoor space. The staff was very attentive throughout the property including the restaurants. The breakfast was terrific and included a buffet of fruit, salad, bread and dessert in addition to an for a hot breakfast. It was often the best meal of the day during our 4 day stay.

The property was clean, well manicure, and the staff was completely attentive. The property was located close to the center of town, yet far enough away that it was quiet. The staff provided exceptional recommendations, provided tips and insider information to make visitors feel right at home. Nothing
