The room was perfect, beautiful, spacious, and impeccably clean, with a fantastic, well-equipped bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the pool area was a delightful feature. A fantastic stay in an ideal location.

La piscina es super bonita y amplia para un buen momento de relajación. Amplia habitación con buena iluminación natural. El día que salí a ver de madrugada el templo de Angkor, fueron amables en darme una breakfast box para llevar. Un poco alejado del centro pero si tienes moto rentada, no hay ningún problema. El desayuno es bueno pero hay muy pocas opciones.

The rooms were clean and nice. The staff were amazing, especially HOSINU who went above and beyond with his service. I highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our visit. The poolside bar was a relaxing place for drinks, and the restaurant served excellent food. We loved discovering the beauty and culture of Siem Reap.

The room we were given first was not the room we booked because it was unavailable. This room smelled disgusting like smoke and was noisy and not very nice like in the pictures at poolside. We then were switched to another room that was also an "upgrade" from what we originally booked, but then found an ant infestation IN THE BED. We then were switched to a third room, another "upgrade", in which the safe was broken. The staff at least quickly fixed the safe. The property uses manual keys for all rooms and for our third room, the key snapped in the door when trying to enter it. All in all this property's rooms were not as advertised.

The restaurant served wonderful food and refreshing drinks, which made our evenings enjoyable. After exploring temples, shopping areas, and local streets, we loved coming back to the hotel to relax in the peaceful environment.

We enjoyed visiting Angkor Wat, trying different restaurants, shopping at markets, and exploring the fun places around Siem Reap. he hotel had a lovely setting with a beautiful garden, relaxing views, and a comfortable poolside area.

I had a wonderful stay and was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality. From the moment I arrived until the time I checked out, every member of the staff was warm, professional, and attentive. Their friendly smiles, willingness to help, and attention to detail made me feel truly welcome and valued. A special thank you to Mr. HOSINU at the reception. He beautifully decorated my bed, greeted me with a warm smile, and kindly helped carry my luggage to my room. His thoughtful service and genuine hospitality made my stay even more memorable. The service exceeded my expectations, which is why I have already booked another stay for tomorrow. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the swimming pool and had a peaceful, restful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding hospitality at a reasonable price.

We enjoyed discovering the beauty of Siem Reap from this hotel. We visited some temples for the amazing views and very nice ancient temples, explored around the city which called pub street, and enjoyed the local food scene. It was a great experience combining culture, nature, and relaxation.

We stayed here during our holiday in Siem Reap and had a very positive experience. The hotel provided a nice environment to recharge between activities, from temple visits to exploring the local streets. Everything felt easy and enjoyable. Evening enjoyed the local foods at the restuarant which is called Phsar Khmer Food Court at the Pub Street.

The lobby bar is very wonderful and the cocktails very great.

When we arrived early where offered coffee and then quickly found a room .The front desk was very friendly and no waiting . We went to the bar later that night and was served by a very friendly staff member whom offered us lots of lovely drinks and food to eat and when we asked for other things we want they where more than happy to accommodate.
