It started with a 1 hour chat argument about trying to get them to pick me up. I was only 400mtrs away. I am 71 years old and I ended up walking. but they claim they will give you a free pickup at any bus station or airport. Next, they said NO to early check in. That was guaranteed by Booking.com. Finally they relented. They were polite when I arrived and the room was nice and the girl at the desk helped carry my heavy bag up the stairs. The bathroom door kept getting stuck and nearly impossible to slide open. When I left 3 staff watched as I lugged my heavy bag down two flight of stairs, step by step, lot of noise. They couldn't be bothered. Staff Dogs barking all night, kept me awake Stray dogs barking for hours endlessly. Poor maintenance. Remote location

This hotel has a great location. We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was nice to have a box of sweets and a card in the room when we arrived. The room was always well cleaned, great to have free wifi and a mini bar. The staff were friendly and smiling. Would definitely recommend to family/friends and would stay here again.

This is a smallish hotel with lovely rooms, good food, and an excellent swimming pool. The staff are friendly and helpful. The staff are very young and must contact their manager/s for most things. Nonetheless, they are extremely helpful and eager to please.

The location is excellent, you can shop all day at super markets and the hotel locate near by. It takes only 10mins to the City by walking. The service was great. They were give great service and were polite.

The hotel offers a wide range of services to many to list in this review. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. Hotel dinners are good and peaceful. Their swimming pool is huge, allowing you to enjoy and relax for a long time. Especially if you are visiting a hotel on a business trip.

They are welcoming and kind and informative. All the staff we encountered; Front Desk, Housekeeping, were all very friendly and able to answer any of our questions And restaurants had the same friendly service with delicious food.

Outside the pool is really big and the spa is great. Breakfast included in our room rates allows guests to try not only the dishes they know, but also the local cuisine served by charming and gentle staff.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood, not war away from the center. Easy to walk everywhere. Our room was quite spacious with a nice bed. The pool and the whole area looks amazing, clean and nice. Wifi worked perfectly fine. Big thanks to the stuff for arranging the airport pick up, tuk tuk driver and Apsara dinner show. Easy to book with them and pay during the checkout. I would def come here again! Unfortunately, the room wasn`t perfectly clean. We also booked a 1st floor room with easy access to the pool, but got a room on the 3rd floor due to our late arrival, the stuff told us about that only during arrival.

We are delighted with everything about this hotel. The spacious rooms overlooking the garden have beautiful fresh balconies, the garden and swimming area, the breakfast, and the whole fresh atmosphere.

We just wrapped up an absolutely wonderful stay at this Hotel in Siem Reap. and it’s easily one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and genuine care from the team made this place feel like home.

Very very good lunch and exceptionel service. nothing to complaint about. We had a set menu, and the staff was around us all the time. They brought as much rice as we needed. The place looked very nice and well-kept.

Nice hotell with very good service! Small details like free water and soft welcome drinks, possibility to brew high quality coffee in your room. The rooms are quite small, but all functions are available and working. Very clean!
