The location is very good and convenient to Angkor. The property doesn't have hot water. When we asked about it, we were told that the property relies on solar energy. The water was never hot, although it was lukewarm for about 3 minutes, which we tried to catch before the water turned ice cold. The WiFi is intermittent at best and often nonexistent. We wrote in to inform staff that we had a dripping faucet and nothing was done about it until 16 hours later when we got back to the property and asked again. Someone tried to fix it and unfortunately failed. We were given the option to stay in another room but didn't because it was our last night anyway. The following morning we asked for a late check-out and this wasn't granted, which was certainly strange given that the faucet still wasn't fixed. It was clear that the property intended to rent out the room the same night, whether the water was working or not. During our stay a few hours of our time was wasted either because staff members (including a child) had to discuss next steps between themselves for a long time while we waited or for repairs.

Absolutely Nothing.! Having no fridge, no kettle, no Wi-Fi, no TV, no hot water, no kitchen facilities or restaurant. All this was according to Booking.com available at Jasmine Lodge. I only stayed one night and B.com owe me money as I booked another hotel through them which I paid again up front. Unfortunately, B.com are not interested even though they sent a request to the hotel which the hotel chose to ignore. After going to trust pilot to check on B.com I find that they have a very generous 1 out of 5 Stars, should be -1*

Hotel is a 20 min walk from pub street. The staff is not very fluent in English, which makes communication difficult. Although you can pay in US dollar, they refuse to accept notes that have been used for a long time (teared, stained, wrinkled). The hotel was not able to offer a packed breakfast since we departed at 4h20 to Angkor Wat and could reimburse the breakfast fee.

Location is very convenient. Close to main road, petrol station, and local restaurants. The room was spacious. Good value for money. If you enjoy walking, Pub street is at a walkable distance... Bed sheets getting old... Parking space is a bit tight... No drinks in lobby fridge.

Location Air con did not work, no jug in the room, was not picked up as per included in booking via booking.com. Their own website is no longer valid, restaurant and bar have been closed for 2 years. Booking.com should contact hotel and get updated information on facilities and amenities available.
