Hotel had a nice little restaurant adjoining the shaded swimming pool with good breakfast. Lovely Khmer Mansion feel with immaculate rooms. Shower was hot, strong and push on/push off. I liked that the Harmony was part of the Indochine Hotel Group so that their standards, training, and expectations of staff were high. My usual complaint... Beds are always too firm for me. Some of us sleep best on a feather or foam bed. As far as location is concerned the hotel was more than a few blocks from Pub Street. It was however walkable there or less than a $1 tuktuk ride away---handy when pouring rain this season. But Pub Street isn't everyone's destination. The hotel is near Taphul Rd and Funky Lane with superb dining options.

The staff is extremely kind and helpful, especially Liza and Houy, who helped me extend my stay after I made a booking mistake. They also helped me reschedule my bus to the next day. Highly recommended

On my second day I found cockroaches in the room. I requested a new room but was told they did not have any. They the sprayed the room with poison. That worked for about a day but the day after I saw small cockroaches again. I don't normally write reviews but I did want to call this out. Overall I would have really liked this stay if it wasn't for that.

Great experience! Clean and quiet hotel that is steps from everything you need (transportation, food, etc). They allowed early check in 1 hour before.

Love the people in Cambodia very friendly very helpful staff. Chan the manager found the book that I had left in my room and sent it to me. No charge all the way back down to Saigon thank you Chan. You’re amazing.

The rooms are nice. The restaurant is nice. priced reasonably. Our experience was absolutely wonderful and we are already planning another holiday to spend more time at this hotel in Siem Reap for next year. Great Value overall.

The room is spacious and clean. There is a room with free access to the refrigerator. Comfortable beds, everything simple! I like breakfast there. It was very delicious.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The room was cleaned. The bathroom did not offer a shower enclosure and there was no TV available. Over all, it was a good experience. The location was great.

Very nice staff! Special thanks to front desk. We were having an amazing time to relax! Good and fresh food served at the Level experience! The pool and room were also very clean and daily maintained.
