Lovely quiet hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was made to order and accommodated our vegan diet. Roof top pool was clean and perfect for a cool off after a day in the city. Room basic but clean. The reception staff were amazing and helped us with the booking of our onward travel. Thank you so much to everyone

Room was large, bed was comfortable, hot shower, fridge in room. The provided breakfast was simple but good. All the staff especially the breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The pool is nice and towels are available at the pool deck. The air conditioner remote was difficult to use and we couldn't adjust the vent. The room wasn't serviced after we requested it to be.

Hotel atmosphere, service, room, pool the possibility of going out to the terrace in the evening toilet with shower, no fridge, hopeless breakfast-a la carte: three kinds of eggs, plastic toast, rice with vegetables and pasta with vegetables.

Very nice place. The personal is very pleasant and always there to help. The young man from Russia was very sweet. My room was very nice. The view was amazing. The beach not so nice but at 5 minutes walk there is a nice beach next door. Was almost impossible to sleep because it was too hot. No air conditioning. There is a fan on the ceiling but too far from the bed. Give almost no air or hot air. Impossible to stay in the room during the day. It was like an oven. I also didn’t eat much there because they charge 15% extra on your bill. I ate next door where there is no charge at all. I going 15% not reasonable and very expensive and greedy. Next door a Hamburger was 5$ and at this resort is was 9$. Plus 15% tax.

staff happy to assist and answer any questions regarding their stay in Siem Riep I liked everything, I hope the Hotel can once again open the rooftop bar after Covid caused it to close

The front desk team are very helpful and keen to help your stay be amazing. They have a team of tuk-tuk drivers who wait outside. They don't work for but pick up all the hotel tuk-tuk requirements. Shortage of sockets in the room. I'd still stay here again.
