The hostel is super clean, calm and in a very good location. The staff is just amazing, super friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay there. Would definitely come back.

Breakfast was amazing made even better with warmth and friendliness of the staff. The restaurant despite it being small is cozy, clean and relaxing. The food was superb, I would come back anytime to have their morning glory set with rice and the passion fruit shake! The room was a bit small and the place is far from the center.

We had a great time at Bokre Angkor Hostel. It was a great place for us to relax; offering great food, helpful taxi services, and a good value tour of the local temples. Everything was great but it was very quiet when we went. It didn’t have the same social aspect as other hostels but if you’re looking for something more akin to a hotel at a great price point this is for you.

We had a fantastic stay at the Bokre Angkor Hostel. We stayed for two nights on a short trip to Siem Reap. The hostel was relaxed and quiet, with a lovely outside courtyard and pool area. The room was a good size and we had an en suite. The hostel offer free filtered water and a free pick up service from the bus station which was great. We also booked a private tuk tuk driver to take us around the Temples of Angkor on both days. This was well priced for a private driver to take us anywhere we wanted for 6-8 hours ($20). Our driver, Mr. Liam was excellent and offered us free water during the trip. The hostel also offer a to-go breakfast and coffee which is useful for early sun-rise trips. The food there was also really nice too, and it's located a short walk or tuk tuk from key areas of Siem Reap. Given the price, the stay was exceptional. I would recommend to anyone!

*the staff here are so friendly, helpful, and kind! *good sized rooms, with TV for netflix. *nice pool area with sunbeds. *good location. *organised our tour for us, as well as 24hr laundry. *had breakfast twice, very nice. *air con & ceiling fan wasn’t too strong so was quite hot in the room.

The place calls itself a hostel but it feels rather like a hotel. My room was large, came with aircon, fridge, kettle, hot shower with good pressure and the bed was the most comfortable one I slept in during 4 weeks in Cambodia. It's not located directly at the centre but you can walk everywhere easily. The place is somehow lacking the classic hostel vibe as written above feels more like a hotel. They offer free pickup from bus stations (which again is very nice and not expected at that price level). However they screwed up my pickup. Nobody was there and after calling them they first assured me somebody is going to pick me up soon but 10 minutes later he suddenly couldn't come due to 'technical issues'. The whole thing cost me an entire hour which was quite annoying after a 10 hour minibus ride...

The staff were incredible! They were all super friendly and helpful, and they made my stay as comfortable as possible.

The staff was so kind! The cafe downstairs served good food, and it was a really peaceful place to work. I really appreciate the option for an early bird breakfast for those going for the sunrise at Angkor Wat. Not really social, felt more like a hotel.

Great staff and affordable, delicious food options.

Clean, and spacious, with a good restaurant to get food, drinks etc. The pool is great for cooling down after a day exploring. Location is a 5-10 min drive from the central busy area but also walkable in 20 mins or so. Sadly, I would have rated this property higher but cannot due to them “forgetting” our booking and moving us to another hotel for one night, when we arrived at 10.30pm on the first night. This was disappointing given I’d already paid for the stay, and had received messages from the hostel.

The rooms are clean We gave this hostel a rating of 1 because of the oncompetence of the staff. Upon arrival we used the laundry service they‘re offering. We got out clothes back with holes in it and some clothes had stains that were not there before. Forst they tomd us that it couldn‘t be because of the laundry service as they used washing machines… fortunately i had pictures from the day we gave them our clothes where you could see that there were no holes. Then we had to wait for over an hour for them to discuss it with the laundry. They said all they could do is to waive the laundry cost (about 5 USD). After arguing with the overstrained and very young staff we got some money back from the hotel booking. The next day when checking out they asked us to pay at least 2-3 USD for the laundry - which we didn‘t. Also upon arrival they told us that we got a free upgrade because a pipe in our appartment (with coty view) burst. We got a family room instead which in theory is more expensive but you do not have city view which for us is clearly a downgrade. The family room has very little floorspace because of the additional bed. Furthermore we wanted to take a bus to Sihanouk ville. They told us that there was no other option than to take a sleeper bus. Turns out there are plenty of other options. This is pure incompetence. The pool is smaller than it looks on the pictures.

Very nice clean hotel/hostel with excellent staff. Comfortable beds, good scooter rental. Walking distance to town center. The rooms are not the most soundproof so it is best to sleep with earplugs as many people wake up early for sunrise at Angkor Wat.
