We took night bus from Sihanouk Vill, so we arrived early in the morning, they provided us for early check in which was really helpful. Hotel location is inside the city center where plety of restaurants, cafe..etc located.

Lovely garden and quiet location, nice room (although much smaller than those in the photos), walking distance from amenities. Shame that most of the staff were unwelcoming (very unusual in Cambodia) and that the service provided was very basic (no face or hand towels, only 2 cups for 4 people and 1 mini soap…), shower could have been cleaner (there was hairs on the floor). The hotel recommended tuk tuk driver ended up charging us an extortionate price for a day at the temple (not what was agreed, better have it in writing!).

Lovely room overlooking the pool. The hotel is in a quiet area that is walking distance to many restaurants, bars and shops and only 10 minutes to pub street. The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. Great pool area outside also. Staff were very friendly and helped to book circus tickets and a grand tour around Angkor Wat. Would happily stay again if I returned to Siem reap.

Stayed 2 nights from 28 Feb. Tuk tuk drivers know where it was, hence no need for us to explain too much. Location is considered accessible. Managed to check in the moment we arrived. There were mosquitoes, but it's the environment, not hotel's problem. Bathroom was big, and has bathtub attached, yay. Nearby also have some eateries with affordable food. Walking distance to pub street, and other tourist spots. Downside is that our room is above the swimming pool. For both nights, there were guests/? who would talk loudly at the poolside, inconsiderate! Also asked reception to arrange a tuktuk on our day of departure, early morning abt 5.30am, but nowhere in sight. Had to grab our own tuktuk.

When we arrived in Siem Reap there was a tuk tuk driver waiting to take us to Lavender. Check in went smoothly, a very clean comfortable room, very helpful staff, and the staff was helpful in getting us a tuk tuk driver for the 3 days that we were exploring Siem Reap. Our drivers name was Yeah and he was pleasant, took us where we wanted to explore, always had water available and answered some of our questions. A very nice pool area, but we were to busy exploring Angkor that we only had time to soak our feet at the end of the day(s). Thank you to all of the staff. There is no breakfast available, but we did have a kettle in the room for hot drinks and a fridge. Our only disappointment was the 2nd bed. We were a family of 3 traveling together and the second bed was a box springs mattress. It would have been much more comfortable if it had a pad on the box springs.

Clean and comfortable room. Reasonable sized swimming pool that enables you to have a bit of exercise, and the small garden by the pool is nicely kept. The hotel is around ten minutes walk into the tourist centre of the town, but there are quite a few bars/restaurants in the immediate area too. Plenty of small stores around there too, so you can buy food and drinks then keep them in the fridge in the room. There is a laundry close to the hotel. The TV/Cable wasn't working, although to be fair, I didn't chase up on my original reporting of the fault as the Wi-Fi connection was good and I could use my lap-top to watch entertainment. The room I had booked didn't have a veranda as expected, but a bathtub as an alternative. That was a little disappointing as I prefer to shower, so the bathtub didn't really make up for no veranda.
