Loved this hotel. Great breakfast with an omelet bar! The swimming pool was very welcome - Siem Reap is hot for a canadian. Easy walk down to pub street. Stayed there 10 years before and it is still great. Incredible value. nothing to mind.

Everything. Was here before covid and liked it then. Longer trip, stayed here 11 nights in feb 2026. The balcony, large roome, omelet bar excellent breakfast, nice folks. Half block off main street - convenient - yet no street noise. Good guests, interesting. Nothing not to like! coffee at breakfast could have alittle more punch, and offering (also) warmed milk for coffee/tea would be great.

Do not stay here. I am so sorry that I did. Everything in the room was worn, dirty, dingy, stained, broken, chipped, scratched, bashed, grubby or didn’t work. Everything. The walls needed paint years ago. There was mold in the shower. There was no hot water. The air conditioner didn’t produce any cold air. It was just a fan. The mattress on one bed was a memory foam pad and the other bed was not a mattress at all. It was a box spring. I had reserved a superior double with a city or garden view. I was given a room with a wall about two meters away. When I complained, I was given a room with neither a city nor garden view, but it did overlook the pool, a construction site, and a pawn shop. This is a dismal, dreadful hotel.

Very good location, in a busy, central street, but a bit on the side, so it's quiet. Wonderful large pool and excellent breakfast buffet. Large, well-furnished rooms. The lighting in my room could be improved, some areas were a bit dark. While the wifi worked perfectly in the ground floor, it was sometimes a bit weak in my room.

Breakfast was limited in choice and quality e.g oats and yogurt rather than museli and yogurt.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Location is good. The hotel did not provide bath/shower gel. They provide only small rounded soap only. They said this soap is for using as shower soap. Normally I use this soap for washing the hands only. Not good to use for body shower.

very helpful staff. big rooms. the water in the shower were freezing. after we complained and switched rooms the water were still freezing and we gave up.

Great Hotel with clean, comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Quiet location set back off the road in Siem Reap city. Great swimming pool and wonderful buffet breakfast on offer. Absolutely no problems with the room or the facilities at the price point offered. Always my go to hotel when visiting Siem Reap!

Great Hotel positioned in an ideal spot in Siem Reap city. The staff are very friendly and will always offer a smile when greeting them. The room was a great size, and the staff did an excellent job in cleaning the room - I always came back to a room looking immaculate. The breakfast was included with the room and had a good range to choose from. The room was positioned close to the car park but was not an issue for me because I sleep well at night!

Very nice hotel, very kind and friendly staff. Highly recommended to take tuk tuk trip from the hotel to visit Angkor Wat - the best choice. All stay was very relaxing.
