We had an amazing stay at Lynnaya Urban Resort and will be back! The staff were absolutely amazing from check in, to breakfast, bar service, and checkout. The staff couldn't do enough for you. They were incredibly friendly and professional and always had a smile. The hotel grounds were stunning, you felt like you were in a private oasis. Breakfast was delicious, loved the fresh egg station and fresh juices. The rooms were large, very comfortable and a beautiful shower/bathroom. The hotel is quiet and within walking distance to downtown Siem Reap and many bars and delicious restaurants. We can't wait to come back! That we had to leave. Everything was perfect!

Everything. The Bungalow with an outdoor bath was breathtaking. I never wanted to leave. A dreamy oasis. The photos do not do it justice....simply remarkable. I am currently planning a month long stay. The grounds are beautiful and lush with fabulous art. The location is really great, centrally located with easy access to walk to most sites. The breakfast buffet is extensive and delicious. The rooftop bar and pool have marvelous drinks and happy hour. Most importantly, all of the staff and management are professional, personable, and simply the best. They are always so kind and helpful. I have traveled extensively, and while Cambodia is top on my destination list, and it has many wonderful hotels, this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in anywhere. I am simply in love with the place. Thank you Lynnaya, looking forward to my next stay. I loved everything.

The location was perfect for my needs. I was able to walk to the Angkor Wat Museum, the Old Market and to the two dinner theatres. While some suggested that I should have taken the tuk tuks, I chose to walk. The river/canal is right across the street and is lit up at night in a wonderful manner. The front desk made reservations for me at two dinner theatres (Kanell and Aspara) and both were enjoyable, although I prefer Kanell. I liked it all.

Everything! Breakfast was phenomenal, every staff member remembers who you are and goes out of their way to help you any way they can. I had gone to the front desk to inquire about how/where to go somewhere and had left saying I would think about it. Later, when I went back to take them up on the hotel tuk tuk, she had already informed the driver of what I wanted and off I went! The driver was also amazing, I had wanted to rent traditional wear to take photos at Ankor Wat and he brought me to a place that was clearly not just for tourists and had the most beautiful clothing. Cafe he suggested was also a 10/10. My room was spacious and very comfortable, massage was so easy to set up, small issue with the room AC (bc I cranked it all the way) was taken care of immediately. Just an overall amazing experience. Also such a good location, right along the river, def walkable to many spots, including the night market. Would rec to everyone. Literally cannot think of a thing

Excellent staff at front desk - extremely pleasant and helpful. Clean room, lovely pool and bar area. Nice breakfast. Location is excellent - a short walk or tuk tuk ride to Pub Street but far enough away so one doesn’t have to hear it after leaving. Some mosquitos in the room but I guess it comes w the territory?

Loved this hotel! From the staff to the breakfast to the comfy bed this place was perfect home base while sightseeing Angkor Wat. Our guide Lee was the best. He was with us all 3 days with a kind driver with awesome AC and cool towels. I found him by Tour By Locals. Reach out to him and negotiate... in Asia you negotiate just about everything. I never made it to the pool. The complex is spread out and a bit confusing but that's being picky

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location was great, walking distance to night market and main streets, right beside the river. Our rooms was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The pool was calm and beautiful. Breakfast had a lot of options, and for Angkor tour they prepared a breakfast box for us. Definitely would recommend to stay here.

Location excellent with a Tuk Tuk stand right outside the hotel gate. Staff were all great and helpful. Breakfast was good and the restaurant serves good food. Room cleanliness was up to standard and bed was comfortable. Front desk was very helpful in arranging tours. Night Market and Pub street all in walking distance. Overall thanks to the hotel for making our stay pleasant. Nothing I can think of but those with difficulty going up stairs should book rooms on the ground floor. A lift would be a thoughtful addition.

The options for breakfast was wonderful. There is a chef on site who will make any type of eggs. There is also the option to have a fresh bowl of pho. Have both western options and Cambodian options. Staff falling over themselves to help.
