The close proximity to town, cafes and restaurants. A great place for a few days with the right amount of comfort. Good breakfast and the pool is nice. Prices of food and drinks were a little higher than expected.

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay here at Riversoul Boutique. The rooms are comfortable, the swimming pool was really nice, close walk to restaurants and quiet overnight. Mr Kai and the rest of the staff we very friendly and helpful

The beds were super comfy (with the exception of the pillows that were not that soft for me, but it might be a personal preference issue). The location was great -- nice cafes nearby and super close to Angkor Wat. The staff was super nice and very accommodating.

Room was nice overlooking the pool. The place next door has a rooster as an alarm clock. But I live on a farm so it really didn't bother me at all. Nice hotel for the price it was a good value. Wish I could have stayed longer. Not a lot of restaurants close by.

Super stylish and modern. Staff were great, they arranged drivers and tours. Spa and massage service were the best I experienced in Cambodia. Restaurant was excellent, and very reasonably priced. Internet could be better in room

“My overall stay at RiverSoul in Siem Reap was excellent. The staff were the absolute highlight of my experience. Mr. Kai and Jane at the reception were warm, professional, and welcoming from the moment I arrived, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Jessie was especially helpful — she went above and beyond by informing us about options for getting around and arranging for an electric tuk tuk to be delivered directly to the hotel, which allowed us to explore the Angkor Wat temple complex on our own. Their genuine care, attention to detail, and willingness to help made the stay truly memorable. I’m very grateful to the whole team and would highly recommend RiverSoul to anyone visiting Siem Reap. I would happily stay here again.” Rooster from 5-8am but anywhere you stay in the area and if you’re a light sleeper, you’ll hear it.

Accommodating staff and nice hotel exterior and room. We arrived at like 5 AM and the hotel looked closed with all the lights closed so we doubted the location. Thankfully the tuktuk driver the hotel booked for us woke up the receptionist and assured us it's the correct location. No major issue with that though. Additionally, the restaurant isn't exactly up to modern standards. It's not essentially part of our stay but it's part of the property. The food is good but it took them like an hour to serve it and they serve it separately so my partner had already finished hers when mine arrived. Could be good though if you're just killing time instead of waiting in the lobby.

We appreciated the hotel's central location with many shops and restaurants within walking distance. Our poolside suite was bright, spacious and tastefully decorated. Overall a very charming hotel. Nice breakfast with excellent coffee and fresh juices. Due to the humid climate at the end of the rainy season, the room smelled musty and I had allergic reactions to the mildew. The staff was very friendly and eager to please but spoke very little English. The spa was not very upscale.

Great location. Food was good and well priced. Staff were lovely. I’d stay here again. Bathroom could have been cleaner. Lots of mosquitoes. And a noisy rooster next door.
