The swimming pool is nice and clean. The family room is confortable, there is hot shower, it is quiet. Not their direct fact but the laundry service lost one of our t shirt. The service of the breakfeast is very slow and long. It is quite big, but do not correspond to the book. Start at 7 am, a bit late to have a big day in angkor. They don't speak good English, sometimes difficult to get informations.

Location We booked a 24 square meter room and they gave us a 15 square meter room. When we booked we request a city view, and we received a roof view. Internet never worked. Price vs quality…not at all Staff was trying to be helpful but language barrier didn’t help in any of our requests. Breakfast was served very slowly.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is great. Bed was alright. Overall set up, amenities and feel of hotel was kinda tired. Need refreshing. Doorway to room had webs and worn out paintworks, don't feel comfortable in room and bathroom. Price a little too high got quality of hotel.

The atmosphere of the villa - after a while here you feel like home. All staff was super-nice despite one of two receptionist has low knowledge of English. And I like the pool. Room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable. Shower could work better. Cleaning service could be regular not just for the request - but whenever I asked for something it was fulfilled.

Hotel generally good in all essential aspects, no complaints or issues to report. Location about 15 minutes walk from town centre. A nice pool to cool off in. Clean, room had lots of light. Not much clothes storage space, but for a short stay not an issue. TV didn't work, but I didn't need it (management suggested the street cabling was defective).

It’s in a very good location, 10-15 min walk from CDF Duty Free, which is where the bus stop is from the airport. The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. The AC & heater are working properly. Nothing

About 500 m near to airport shuttle station. When you arrive airport you can buy return ticket for 15 $, so you save money. Room was clean and they clean your room every day if you give your room key to the reception. Room was big enough. They serve every day 2 bottle of water and coffee. They changed our towel every day. Air condition was working very well. Hotel is about 1 km away from pub street and old market. You should walk about 15 minutes to reach that places. Tv has no channel. Hotel don't give breakfast. If you go early out, you should make your sandwich day before youself. Guys couldn't speak engilsh good, therefore difficult to understand. But they are cleaver and khow body lunguage. Kettle didn't work properly. The heat of water is to low to make coffee when it finish its work.

Taxi driver lovely, he is part of the family business. Restaurant staff also lovely. Good location, 15 mins to pub street. Good size room . Freshly cooked food, served hot. Bed runner stained which was at least one ft if not bigger. Sheets various shades of white. Mirror not cleaned before and duration of my stay. One socket for the fridge. Could do with a little maintenance. Poor choice for breakfast, mainly processed western food. Booked a trip, but as moved hotels the girl in reception initially said they would not pick me up from next hotel, I usually stay 2 nights in one hotel. I don't think she liked that. I had some washing done, she tried to charge me for 4kg, I said no and made her weight it. It was 1.2kg.

The Tuk tuk drivers outside the hotel were very helpful. The tuk tuk drivers and the Tour guides were helpful. The Reception staff spoke no known language, so very hard to communicate without Google Translation. I had to ask for complimentary beverages, soap, and other standard things one would expect in the room. They came, eventually.
