The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service with a warm welcome. The pool may be small, but it’s perfect for cooling off in the heat. The food and drinks were delicious, and I’d definitely recommend this place

During my time it was adjacent construction next to pool site, but yeah not ruin my short time at pool.

The hotel is so beautiful.. The staff is so attentive and accommodating. The pool area with the pool bar created such a welcoming ambience. The bartenders and servers are so much fun and outgoing! Everyone there goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable There was construction going on and my room was right above it so I was awoken at 6 am by all the banging. However, once I requested a move due to the noise I was moved to a quieter area no problem.

The swimming pool designed with natural garden surrounding very fresh. Breakfast support just paid 7$ extra with buffet menu. Staff very friendly assist what's I need help full.

- Location, staff, pool and bar - Breakfast was ok if you like Asian food. - Price was reasonable for a 4 star hotel but there are lots of choices for similar price. - One way transfer is 35$ which is reasonable as the new airport ridiculously too far away. Include Prasat Beng Mealea it becomes 60$ package. - The room which is the most importan part. Hotel is ok but the room didn’t feel like a 4 star hotel, room needs an update. I selected the hotel for the 4 star so I feel like being cheated. - Bathroom is bad, there is no place to hang clothes or even the towels, no place to put the shampoo so I left it on the floor. When you have shower, water flows too much inside the bathroom, I manually moved the water back inside the shower. I am not a fan of shower curtain. - AC blows directly onto the beds - Our room was looking directly to some roofs so no views - AC hoses next to windows and they drip out onto the building which resulted moss growth. Again not a nice look for a 4 star hotel. - Breakfast is not rich if you prefer continental. - Angkor tour with TukTuk is 20$, 3 hours or 8 hours doesn’t matter. If you add just one close by temple outside of Angkor Tom it jumps to 30$.

Facility is amazing and they have a amazing range of breakfast. Old Market and Night Market is at walkable distance. And if you don't want to walk then easily can get a Grab which is continent as well. Pool is cleaned daily however the tiles were off and everyone should be careful while stepping on them Felt Air Con was not at all upto the mark. Showing 16 Degrees and felt like room was above 26 Degrees. Engineer came and did troubleshooting but still didn't work

Everything! The room was very comfortable and spacious. The pool area was excellent, with shade as well as full sun to sit in. My husband used the pool & the jacuzzi & enjoyed them both. The food in the restaurant was varied & plentiful. The people working there were really helpful & polite. Nothing!
