Location was excellent , staff was wonderful and you can’t beat the price. No AC in lobby or breakfast area, pool loungers need replacing

Breakfast was a little slow coming out when you had tours to go on

However, the air conditioning could be improved, as it didn’t cool the room efficiently—possibly due to the centralized system.

Breakfast was a good spread which included both European and southeast Asian food. They went out of their way to provide us with an early check in for one of the rooms. The also gave us packed breakfast for our very early flight. Helped us with car bookings. A special mention for Soklin who was always available to answer questions and help us with small details. Very helpful staff.

Really unique older hotel .. woodwork very nice.. great location for walking to everything ..staff friendly and helpful.

Close to pub street and shopping areas. Overlooking the river. Breakfast was sufficient enough. Reception staff was super friendly. Balcony, no furniture. Unfortunately, there was some loud music playing during my stay, somewhere across from the hotel, and didn't stop until roughly 11 pm. ( not the hotel's fault, though)

A classic hotel. Very well located, comfortable, clean, quiet. The staff is very professional and attentive. Excellent breakfast. Will come back if retuning to Siem Reap.

Pierre hotel is just walkable distance from the famous Pub Street and night market. Spacious room, good breakfast and friendly staffs.

Great location, pretty building, good staff Bathtub wouldn’t drain and not addressed even after notification, MOSQUITOS in the room every night! Could see them in hallway but couldn’t keep them out of room! Maybe it was just us being unlucky.

The location and the staff! Mold in the bathroom, no outlets or charging ports near the beds, erratic WiFi

Location was close enough to the Pub Street area, but away from all the traffic and noise. Excellent breakfast buffet, and dinner selection. Service staff were outstanding. Rooms could have better lighting.

Loved the security and the driver right out front. He was exceptionally great for tours for $10 an hour you could book him and he would take you to the country. Take you to anchor Watts wait on you. I mean he would take you downtown to the pub Street wait on you. Honestly it was super cheap. I took grabs. It was more expensive than hiring him. I made a deal with him and he was cheap and he was with a hotel great guy. Lived the breakfast not much to say against

Great location, very friendly staff, appropriately sized swimming pool for the hotels size. Lovely temperature! Brilliant to have an adjoining room as a family. Minor improvement could be to get upgraded air conditioning.

Staff were fabulous. Very helpful for every question we had. They also helped with our excursions. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good. Location was great.
