Staff was pleasant and pool was beautiful.

Staff were super friendly. The owner was also helpful if we ever needed anything. The property was cozy, and the pool was nice too! Saiko (hotel dog) was a pleasant surprise to greet us when coming down the stairs in the morning! View from the room was a bit blocked by the bars on the windows.

This place is a 10+ The only place I will stay in Siem Reap. It's run like one of the finest hotels in Europe. Professional very courteous and polite staff. Beautiful pool and landscaping. Immaculately clean. Nice breakfasts. The dog is a delight, he stayed by me at most breakfasts. Feed him only a small piece of watermelon if you must!! The manager lives on site and very helpful, ensuring you have a wonderful stay. Great location, walkable to pub street and many restaurants. Easy pick up for tour operators. Hotel has tour brochures available Leaving ?

Wish the a/c work properly. It was set at 21 celsius. When I adjust the temp to 16 celsius it would go back to 21 celsius

The staff, the large comfortable room and bed. The property was perfect nice, clean smaller hotel close to anything you need. The dog Saiko and the owner Greg he was wonderful. Close to pub street, I found a short cut go right on streets a few blocks down road from hotel there is a restaurant called 333 they have great food but you walk down those streets and you will find great local restaurants and short cut to pub street. There wasn't anything I didn't like it was one of my favorite places that I've stayed while traveling Asia.

We loved the location, the breakfast, and how amazing Greg was in ensuring every part of our stay was comfortable. The staff are lovely and helpful, the beds were comfortable, and the wifi was strong enough for zoom calls for those who might be working. Just an fyi, there is no elevator in the hotel for those who may have accessibility issues. Greg kindly moved us to a room on a lower floor to accommodate us.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. The new owner stands out for his genuine hospitality. He truly cares about his guests and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone’s experience is positive and memorable. If you’re looking for a charming and well-run place with a personal touch, we highly recommend this boutique hotel!

A truly beautiful hotel in a great location in Siem Reap. The staff are extremely kind and attentive, making you feel very welcome from the moment you arrive. On the morning we left early to visit Angkor at sunrise, they prepared a wonderful breakfast box for us, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommended for comfort, hospitality, and excellent service.

The owner was absolutely accommodating, involved in the daily running of the hotel, and very warm and freindly to our family during the stay, Saiko was a hit with the kids (the hotel star and mascot) A cooked breakfast came with every nights accommodtion, the fresh fruit platter was a great hit with all The pool was exposed daily to the days sun light, the dark tiles, heated the water up to make it very accommodating to emmerse yourself in :-) (massive hit with the kids) A walk to the local cuisine was anywhere from a 200m walk to funky street, to a 1km walk to the infamous Pub Street, for those who are tired after a long day, a USD$2 tuktuk ride is definitely pocket friendly Couldnt fault it, I would hesitate to recommend this spot to anyone again and again, you just cant fault Maison Saiko

Our stay here was absolutely wonderful. The owner was incredibly attentive and the staff were amazing. We honestly felt like we were the only guests there because of how personal and thoughtful the service was. When we had an issue with our e-bikes, the team jumped in right away to help and even coordinated with the rental company to sort things out. Their kindness and efficiency made a huge difference to resolving the the issue and moving on with our day. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the housekeeping was excellent. Fresh linens every day made it feel extra comfortable. The pool was refreshing and perfect for cooling off after exploring Siem Reap. The location is ideal. Central to all the best spots like Pub Street, the markets, and great restaurants, yet tucked away on a quiet street that feels peaceful and private. And of course, Saiko, the friendly on-site dog, made us feel right at home. The value for what you get here is incredible. Between the service, comfort, and location, it easily exceeded our expectations. We can’t recommend Maison Saiko enough!

All around enjoyable experience. Large comfortable room. Great pool - not large but perfect for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Nice meals available onsite if you don't want to venture out to eat. Quiet area but only a short distance to lots of shops, restaurants, Pub Street, etc. Nothing comes to mind.

Beautiful little hotel with a nice clean pool and clean comfortable rooms. Shower setup wasn’t ideal and resulted in lots of water on the floor.
