The room was quite spacious, garden views, with a well-working AC. Very calm and clean. Close to the center, with kind and helpful staff. It was stated that breakfast was included, but it turned out it wasn’t. To be fair, the staff member informed me about it before confirming check-in. I didn’t use the pool, so I can’t comment on it, except to say that it's located at the entrance, which isn't the most convenient spot.

The location is very nice. Close to everything we needed. The room is very big. The lights are too dim specially at the bathroom. The bedsheets/linen are already overly washed/used. It needs to be replaced already. There is no bath mat (towel on the floor) at the toilet.

The hotel is very well positioned and an easy walk to Pub Street, market and other tourist areas. Breakfast was two choices - scrambled eggs or pancake/waffle. Both were served with fruit and juice. We had no complaints about breakfast. With breakfast included in the price, staying here is excellent value. Rooms are very spacious. The shower is amazing and the best we had in Cambodia. Don't miss Choub Choub cafe next door. The best coffee whether hot or iced. Lovely lady running it. Pool with its rough stone finish was a bit slimy.

Good air conditioning Good pressure of water in the shower Big windows to the pool and the street outside I stayed there for 2 nights, unfortunately, I did not get cleanup and free water at the second day… Mattresses are a bit hard but it seems to me like it’s all the same in Cambodia… A bit old furniture but it’s not disturbing me…

Good hotel in the centre of town. Pool is at the front of the hotel, looked good but we didn't use it. Breakfast that's included was eggs on toast , fruit and a coffee Roof top could be set up with some chairs to have a relax

Biggest room I had in all Asian countries I visit. WiFi was perfect. I see some champions league football games flowless.

Location, nice staff, big and spacious room. It was also clean. The windows ! you cannot open them. Also, they gave me the room on the first floor and it was too noisy.

Large room, big bed, hot shower, had everything I needed and in a great location. The only slight downside was a slow air-conditioning unit and communal seating outside the rooms created some noise but it was minimal. Good staff and my deal came with breakfast.

Staff were friendly and helpful to deal with. Room was spacious. Cleaned daily. Close to a lot of markets and food stalls. Air Cond worked well. Had a mini fridge. Night Club over the road, literally. Noisy room. Hard beds to sleep on. Stairs only, no lifts. No currency exchange. We moved out before our stay concluded. TV did not work. No lock box for valuables. No maps of city.

Lovely small hotel, very clean and staff were wonderful. Great laundry next door and there was an ATM on front steps to the hotel, didn't use the pool but looked nice.
