it was an amazing time and stay. Definitely my best stay in Siem Reap in eight years of visiting the wonderful city. The staff from the moment of check-in to check-out were kind, polite, positive, and welcoming in such a beautiful way. Any questions or querries were met with total professionalism and a warm smile. I truely do look forward to my next stay, not only in Siem Reap but at this wonderful hotel. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Amazing pool, nice air conditioned gym, and large rooms. The breakfast had great variety with friendly staff. Easy walk to all the attractions in town. I was disappointed that when I asked about finding a laundry service they gave me their price per kg and said that is what I would find elsewhere. Literally a five minute walk away I found a great service for a quarter of the price and it was done in 24 hours.

We loved our stay here! The room was comfortable. The pool was clean and refreshing. I was able to make use of the gym as well. Breakfast was very good. The staff was incredibly polite and friendly. One of our favorite accommodations in Cambodia.

The breakfast offerings were well beyond any and all expectation, i.e. selection, variety, quality of food, environment and breakfast staff* couldn't have been nicer, more helpful or engaging. Given the amazing food available at every turn during the course of our time in Siem Reap, it's not hyperbolic to say that our breakfast here was consistently our daily favorite meal of the day! Also, the pool itself and amenities poolside were so nice — beautiful, inviting, refreshing and just an unexpectedly nice place to kick back and relax. *A particular shout out to Polok, a young man on the kitchen staff whose warm and engaging morning greetings and eagerness to practice his English on us was a delightful memory we will take home with us.

The room was large, the location was good, the staff were very friendly. The hotel is rated 4 stars but it is not. The facilities are so old. Even the towels were so old. Breakfast was not included in the price. While there was a window, the window was facing a narrow alley, so NO light came through and you couldn't even tell if it was daylight outside! The worst part was that I got 2 text messages on WhatsApp from the property, 1 two weeks before my arrival and 1, one week before my arrival taking me to a link to pay for my hotel although the payment was already scheduled through Booking.com. The message also stated that if I didn't comply, my booking was not guaranteed. I have never received such a request before and felt very threatened by it.

We couldn’t fault the service, all staff were very friendly and helpful!! We were upgraded to a family room - it was massive! The pool is lovely ? The hotel itself is quite tired, and the gym equipment is minimal, and some of it was broken. Breakfast was okay, often the pastries were stale.

It was new building Smoking in every room, even non smoking rooms came with ash trays. Hallways smell of cigarette smoke and our toilet was leaking from the floor. We asked for non smoking and they booked us a smoking room, so they moved us to a new room and charged us additional for their mistake. Disgusting hotel, bad staff, wouldn’t recommend it for foreigners.
