Angkor Holiday Hotel

Good location , good price and staff is friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect. Close to everything, 15 minutes away from Angkor Wat. Chong from the reception was very friendly and gave helpful advice, all the staff was friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing.

packed breakfast was substandard bread was stale egg and fruit ok but it was not worth the money we paid $6 . wifi dropped out a lot especially in the room

It was a nice well maintained place! The location is quite central and walkable. The staff were really nice - we had a late flight and wanted to use the pool as we wait for our flight since we had already checked out on time. The hotel staff were accommodating and allowed us to spend the half afternoon in the pool, which felt nice! A bit old. The fridge is very weak - if you bring food, it might get bad in the morning as the cooling is not great in the fridge.

There was a woman named Morningstar whom was extremely helpful and was absolutely fabulous! Always tip the staff!They deserve it!

The entire staff was amazing! Morning Star was very helpful in organizing our tours. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. My daughter was sick and the hotel provided a fantastic doctor and the manager extended our check out time for a reasonable price. Thank you!!! Bed and pillows were extremely hard and uncomfortable! After long tours in the heat, resting and recovering was difficult. I requested softer pillows and they immediately provided them.

location Kimsan at front desk very helpful booking tours for us shower didn’t have any shelf to hold the shampoo and shower gel was not too clean sitting chairs were wooden and had no back and was hard not comfortable

Good location, clean. Poor service, from the doorman just sitting there, don’t help with the luggage or even open the door, might not be all but the one that was there was just looking at his phone. Bad experience checking in, got there an hour early, I ask to pay early, they told me to wait, so we waited, I run out to the shop for a bit and they couldn’t let my family go to the room, they had to wait for me to come back and pay before they could get the key to the room. Booked another hotel for the next day, nice place, horrible service!

Super friendly staff - Morning Star helped with selecting and organising trips plus restaurants, including two days of temple visits (Rom my tuk tuk driver was safe and provided regular free cold water). Hotel in excellent, central location, near to all amenities, including the National Museum (well worth a visit). Well stocked supermarket (Angkor Market) 5 mins walk. Room large, airy and very comfortable bed. Breakfast had a good selection, good hot tea, but I’m a vegetarian so unsure for those that are not! No major dislikes but if I were to “Nit pick” the bread at breakfast could be fresher

Friendly staff and a great location close to the centre with access to eating places. They also have a good restaurant if a little overpriced. Excellent buffet breakfast with helpful staff (Ly Rathana, Srey Alath, Srey Lin, Bun Lay). Large comfortable rooms. Elevator / lift goes only up to third floor with fourth floor rooms accessible by steps from third floor.

Excellent service from Sokron and his team. We felt welcomed & looked after from the time we arrived until the time we checked out Parking could be improved, not enough secure parking spaces compared to the amount of rooms

in city center , walking distance to pub street and market nothing to complain

Nothing except the juice we had The toilet cover is almost about to fall. It's hanging. The reception staff in particular were very rude, inspite of us saying we are seniors.the intercom worked rarely and by chance if it works either none will receive or they will ask us to come down. We wanted to leave at 7am and requested a packed packet of breakfast was denied. Only when I raised my voice could they pack some nonsense. None helped us with our baggage. Above all, we wanted warm milk for corn flakes, for which we were forced to pay one dollar per head. Totally atrocious, taking tourists for a ride. Please black list this hotel and i would be happy if I am informed about it. This is my 100% true and as per my consciousness
