Very clean, WONDERFUL staff, very accommodating. Rooms are a little tired, could use an update but overall a great place to stay to see the sights. Good location, easy to get to. Rooms just need a little update but really comfortable and clean.

Staff is very nice and helpful Good location, walkable to most parts of the city Extremely noisy, starting from early moring there was a constraction soing on I could not sleep, I could not rest INTERNER SERVISE IS TERRIBLE, slow, and disconnects in every minute

WiFi was slower than a snail and at times, non functional. Our room was on the first floor, right above the front entrance of the hotel. It was noisy and we were woken up a couple of times around 4ish with car honks and car doors slamming. Tap from the sink and shower smelled and tasted like shoe polish - we used the drinking water to brush our teeth. Toilet is a low flow flush and smelled like sewage when flushed. TV displayed shows and news on 720 resolution and at the maximum volume, it was a whisper.

The staff are very nice. The breakfast excellent. But the internet was slow, and one day there was no internet for around 8 hours.

As somebody who has travelled all over the world and in my youth worked cruise ships hospitality industry I would say the most important thing is the staff from mgmt on down. These are great people who work here several of them are full time workers and full time students. Really glad i choose this hotel. Nothing

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed yet quiet enough to relax. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essentials provided. I especially appreciated the little details, like the cozy bed and fresh breakfast each morning. Overall, it felt like excellent value and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has amazing staff who were very kind, attentive, and helpful. Overall we liked our rooms and my kids especially loved playing in the pool. The building is a bit older, but much of it has been updated. We had 2 rooms. The family room that my kids stayed in was very nice with an updated bathroom that had a new shower head, etc. Our twin room across the hall was pretty nice too, but our bathroom needs an update. It had an uncomfortable shower head that felt like needles and it was also very low so I had to crouch down while showering (I’m 5 ft 10) I also had trouble one night with not getting enough warm water for a hot shower. After waiting an hour it warmed up enough for me to shower, but overall our bathroom was a disappointment.

I went in with a toddler and a 3months old baby, I really liked the room it was just worth the price we paid for. The room is spacious for us family of 4. The hotel was in the middle of the city so it easy for us to get around for food and quick market walk. Overall we will definitely be back and stay at the hotel.
