Everything about the hotel and all the staff are good. They are very helpful and accommodating. I am very picky and I had stayed in many hotels globally and I am telling you this is a good hotel.

Dirty, nasty….avoid this place at all costs. Might actually be the worse place to stay in Cambodia! ?? Terrible customer service, rude staff and unsafe food. Definitely don’t drink the water in Cambodia…you should definitely think twice about drinking a cocktail with the ice from this place, and I would hesitate to eat the food there!??

The rooms were pleasant, spacious, and located right by the pool. The pool was exceptionally large - pool water was warm. The garden area was beautifully maintained and had an exotic feel. The hotel is well-kept—ideal for a trip to Angkor Wat. Staff was friendly. The hotel grounds were very quiet and pleasant. The bed and pillows were comfortable. May-September is low season, there are only a few tourists in the area, which means a high staff-to-guest ratio and very attentive service. There were many mosquitoes in the garden, along with small crickets and bugs, some of which made their way into the room due to a slight gap under the door and windows that weren’t fully sealed. Mosquito repellent spray was provided in the room. We had brought our own mosquito plug-in, which was very helpful. The surrounding area isn’t suitable for a casual walk, but the town center with restaurants, coffee shops, and more is just a 5–10 minute tuk-tuk ride away. There was no smart TV, but it didn’t really matter for a short stay, as most of the time is spent exploring anyway.

Very beautiful hotel! Modern , clean, well kept! And smelled amazing all the time!!!!! Mosquitoes lingered outside of your room door.

This hotel is such a great find. We had the entire Villa 5 for our family. The rooms were huge. Bathrooms were beautiful with soaking tubs. We had a private entrance to the main pool. The property is so well maintained and just beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The room was awesome as were the rest of the facilities. Great pool, Brekky, spa and restaurant. Only complaint would be the mozzies but there was spray everywhere, so the resort was aware and catered for this

Excellent value. The facilities were good for the price, room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was excellent. The front office team that checked us in and handled all of our booking were exceptional, especially a young lady named Chaya who was so friendly and attentive. We had two meals (besides breakfast) during our stay and the food was also high quality and reasonably priced. It was difficult to get service at the poolside bar.

Prefer two bedrooms have a full size. Twin size bed is too small to sleep on.

Staff worked so slow

Beautiful place, clean and the room exactly like in the pictures. Good housekeeping, they cleaned every day. Staff was very helpful, polite and professional. Soriya and Lim were always going to for extra miles. Got upgraded and they let me stay in the same room when I extended my stay. Enjoyed the massage with Phea. There was free tuk tuk to one way which I never used because I was not informed about it. The water in the pool was kinda dirty. Did not feel that water was clean enough.Plus saw how they were cleaning the balconies and all the water with the soup and chemicals was leaking to the pool. Prices for the drinks by the pool extremely overpriced. And not sure if they made 15% discounts on my orders from the restaurant. But yeah, if the price in a good restaurant in the city is 3,5$ in the hotel is over 8$ with their tax and the service charge. Almost 10$ for 2 coconut water and the sprite.I think it is too much! And plus I think I was leaving already they didn’t not do the discounts at all. And the shuttle to the airport was 65$! Then they give me discount 55$?. When the normal rate 20-30$.??‍♀️?.

Great rooms. Pool. Staff. Great value for money!! Nothing

The rooms were excellent. We had pool view rooms - sheets were wonderfully thick and pristine, very roomy, elegant and very clean. Bathroom was enormous with a bath, separate shower area and double sink vanity. The breakfast was varied and the staff very attentive. It had a nice mix of western-type breakfast offering and local Cambodian soups and noodles. The coffee was actually really really good instead of the often watered down filtered coffee one gets as such spreads. We cannot say enough about the staff - The front desk staff - Soriya - in particular - but really everyone at all hours of the day really went out of their way to help us making bookings, with suggestions, and just greeting us warmly after a hot day out exploring. Because the hotel doesn't have secure wifi, one of the staff, Sam, even helped me out by allowing me to using his personal hotspot when I needed a secure connection. Truly excellent and above and beyond the call of duty! Well, this really didn't have much to do with the hotel itself but just with where we were - lots of flies, even at breakfast, and the mozzies were everywhere. Bring your own insect repellant! The location wasn't perfect - a bit too far to walk to and from the main areas - but they always got us a tuk tuk driver from the hotel who was familiar to them - we in fact had the same one for the whole time we were there - and he was wonderful. We could arrange for him to come to pick us up at any time and from anywhere.

Rooms are great! Staff are great! The pool is great! +++ You won't fine better value for money in Asia right now Room needs a bottle opener :-)
