The staff were so helpful and friendly! The pool area was lovey and cleaned throughout the day. Our room was very spacious and clean. Slightly far out of town but they provide a tuk tuk in the evenings which was amazing and it was very easy to get tuk tuks ourselves at other times :)

Great place, the staff gave my partner and me both Christmas gifts which was very kind. Our room was very nice and clean. The AC worked great and was very cold when the day was hot. The breakfast was very good. Nothing great place !

The property was great for the price and the amazing breakfast was included in the price. The staff was very kind and professional. The A/c could be clean but this is not done in Cambodia to make it better at cooling the room.

The hotel is beautiful, the room is spacious and very well decorated. Staffs were very helpful and very knowledgeable about the activities available in the area.

The staff were divine, we arrived at 5am and since the room was free they let us get in. They were always smiling, very polite and helpful. The pool is lovely and pleasant restaurant. Only thing is that it is a 10-15 minute walk from restaurants or shops. But if you want to be away from the party streets, this is a great place.

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable large rooms, close to the city center . I would definitely stay again Nothing.

If not for the bed, I would rate it higher. For my wife and I, the bed was far too hard (almost like sleeping on the floor). I recommend investing into some mattress pads.

The staff are amazing! Very kind and the service is 5 star! The bed in our room might be too firm for us.

When checking in they were giving us a different room than we booked. After telling them that they gave us the room D8. First night we found one cockroach. The second night, the AC stopped working at 2am, at 10am they changed the room to D6, and that they we found 3 or 4 more cockroaches. They didn't do anything about that. After all these issues, they wanted to charge us 2$ for a broken glass. When we asked for a refund for the night without AC then, they decided not to charge us for the glass.

I cant say enough about how amazing the staff was there. They had a driver available for us very reasonable and we used him for 3 days. Also the hotel is built within old temple ruins, and they designed the hotel around them. It is one ofnthe most beautiful and unique stays I've ever had. Breakfast was also amazing. The only thing would be dinner there wasn't great. But we wanted to eat out most of the time, so it really did not effect our stay.

The staff were so lovely and helpful.The bed was lovely and comfy and the pool was great . We hired Tuk tuk driver Chang to take us to Angkor Wat and the floating village.He arranged some wonderful visits on our journeys

- The Hotel staff was polite and nice - Good shuttle from the airport - Quiet and comfy room - they accept credit card - free refill of bottle water/coffee/ tea - nice pool - Good room size - there are mosquitoes in the bathroom, there is a space from the exhaust fan in the bathroom where the mosquitoes get through - There are no near supermarket, bar or restaurants - The restaurant of the hotel can be better, one of my dishes, my fried chicken came raw

This hotel is exceptionally great for it's price. It's close to a traditional market which is the bonus experience for any travelers like me who wish to experience the local lives.

I chose this place as I was travelling with my older parents, who like their sleep and prefer quieter areas. For this purpose, it was a great place with a good breakfast.

I love every moment I stayed in the hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful, lovely pool, nice room with reasonable price! Highly recommend to everyone who planing to visit Siem Reap.
