Prana Hotel

The property from street side was nice . The staff was very helpful and hospitality was exceptional. Breakfast was good . They always took care of me when I need assistance. The front door is always open even late at night . But I guess that’s for the guest to come and go at any time through out the night . There’s no cameras out where you park if you happen to have a motorbike parked out front . Also no security through out the night .

Really nice small hotel just a bit outside of the main town center. Staff was very friendly and helpful, the pool is nice. Room was functional, clean and quiet.

Great place with great staff. I will definitely stay here again for my next Siem Reap vacation.

There's not much amenities in the room

The room smelled unpleasant, and there were visible blood stains on the wall and the bathroom floor. This was unacceptable and made the room feel unhygienic. The room door wouldn't lock, and even the reception staff couldn't fix it. Despite this, they still expected me to sleep in the room, which made me feel very unsafe.

Almost everything was to my satisfaction. Except the cleaning situation. I couldn't understand the logic.I had to be out of the rooom.in order to clean it. The cleaning situation. My laundry was also un folded.

Bedbugs - the room I stayed in was infested with bedbugs. My room also had mosquitoes in it as there is a massive gap allowing air inside at the top of the door. Ants were also on my bed, which I was bitten by one. Woke up itching with bites from bedbugs all over me. The sheets had stains on them.

The value was great. Our family was able to stay here for a few nights for a great price. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to help us with various things. The pool was a delight for our children to play in. Meals were more expensive than other restaurants with similar food. The facilities are a bit worn down and not super clean. Many guests smoke around the pool area, which we didn't appreciate.

I like this hotel because they offer good condition, free food and pool Fair price with friendly staffs

Location is a bit far out but if you’re happy using grab it’s worth it.

Well, I like that it was quite affordable and like you get what you pay for it in a little bit more I think I don’t like that the design of the room, the single person room it’s a bit weird and my bedsheet, it had like a tear in it

I like about swimming pool, Reception communication and the food was good EMT I don’t really like about cleanliness in the overall area. It was dusty and broken facilities. Some rooms were not many sockets. The air con was not working properly and fan made a noise in room.

I have stayed at Prana Hotel twice already, and each time has been a pleasant experience. The front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The pillows are soft and cozy, which made my stay even more relaxing. The environment is quiet, and the pool is well maintained without too much chlorine.
