Everything is simply great at perfectly reasonable price. I had travelled with my parents (70) and trust me everything was so comfortable. Staff was superfriendly. BReakfast was good with veg options. I had booked with Kitchen and so that I can cook for my elderly parents and facilities and utilities were brilliant. Everything was good. Nothing to dislike. Everything perfect. I could use swimming pool as I was busy with but pool is amazing too. Recommended property for long stay.

Entering this hotel is like walking into paradise, with still water, Buddha, classic decorations and greenery. I really could not have been happier with Cambana. The people who work here are just a dream, eager and attentive, clear in communication and well-connected locally. They are a pleasure to work with. The location is about 200 meters from the main road so you are shielded from street noise but close enough to be connected, and a western grocery store is at the T. You can walk to downtown in about 20 minutes for top quality restaurants in utter safety. The food is really good too. This experience is one of the best I ever had so nothing would be considered room for improvement. To do so would be to really dig into the minutiae of fine adjustments to refrigerator temps and water pressure, both of which are totally fine and normal. You really can't go wrong here. A real gem.

Staff were nice and helpful Honestly they should not be renting out this property until construction on their roof is finished. They tell you it will be noisy from 8 to 5 but in reality work starts around 7am and one morning it was even 630! We couldn’t come back to the hotel to rest after sightseeing because of the noise. Restaurant was just ok and the hotel is not close to any other restaurants. Not a great location.

While the location is a little far from the city center it's really easy to a ride into town, their drivers are always at the ready. There's plenty to eat and do just walking around. Otherwise all was wonderful!

This is a beautiful property down a small side street. The pool area is relaxing and enjoyable. Breakfast is cook to order off a small menu but they have something for everyone. You will need to take a Tuk Tuk everywhere as it is not in the center of town but they are extremely affordable and can be ordered on grab They are adding a floor so there was construction noise. Didn’t really bother us but if you are a light sleeper then you should know about 7am each day.

The experience was excellent overall. This residence has become my preferred accommodation for every trip to Siem Reap. The rooms are spacious, the staff is helpful and friendly, and the location is highly convenient. While the facilities are not modern, they remain functional.

The Premier Family Suite with Private Balcony was simply excellent for us. We got this for 2 nights at a steal price - USD 116.07 - because of the low rainy season! It was worth double! Our room on the 1st floor (No. 104) had 2 bedrooms (one with queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds), both with their own balconies overlooking the strip of swimming pool on the ground floor. It had 2 toilets! A huge living room, with a small dining table, a big refrigerator and a corner kitchen. The package included breakfast too! The bed linen, towels, tea/coffee maker, etc. were all good quality. When we first entered, we were greeted with the beds being decorated with local, wild flowers! The quality of sleep was excellent and there was no noise from anywhere to disturb you. The showers had good hot water. The whole decor of the hotel including our room was brilliant. It has a quaint, simplicity look about it with lovely rich colored curtains and lovely plants on the balcony. It gave a feeling of calm, and serenity. We absolutely loved the place. The reception area along with the restaurant area on the ground floor are welcoming, full of plants everywhere. Basically, it is a small, boutique hotel which boasts of everything that a big hotel with many stars can offer. The WiFi was easy to connect and absolutely did not have any issues. The staff was so amazingly polite and welcoming. But then this is not typical of this property only. It is applicable for the whole of Cambodia. What a lovely country with such lovely and amazing people - simple, polite and welcoming. And always thanking tourists for coming to their country. I have never come across a country with such lovely, simple people. The housekeeping quality was excellent. Also, Cambodia has low tourist season during the rainy season (Jul-Sep). It rains here every day and unpredictably. So, every tourist place will look empty and everywhere you will get incredible prices and offers. The breakfast was quite basic. Nothing is wrong with it. But the choices were limited. That's because I think they are a small hotel and during the low season they have very few people. But the display and quality of food is very good. The distance from pub street is around 1.7 kms. Well, for us Pub Street is where all the action is for tourists, especially if you want to drink and have a party. So, this place is a little far from there considering the main city of Siam Reap is quite small. So, every time you must go there you have to book a tuk tuk (which takes around USD 2). We usually use Grab, which is the most used e hailing app in SEA. Here, you will have 3 choices - tuk tuk (which is like an auto as we call it in India - basically a 3-wheeler), then 'remorque' which is attached to a bike and then finally your standard car. For us, the remorque was so unique and wonderful. You must try this. Each one is nicely decorated and is a great and different ride every time!

I highly recommend this hotel! The staff was absolutely the best ever! All of them were so kind and helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable and happy. Prior to our arrival I had mentioned our 23rd wedding anniversary would be celebrated here, when we arrived they had put a Happy Anniversary message on our bed made out of flower petals and cute folded towels in shape of love birds. They gave recommendations for finding anything we needed from groceries, hair/nail salon, to a health care facility when my husband got sick. They even found herbs and papaya leaves to make tea when my husband was trying to recover from the Dengue Fever. They helped us arrange tours and transportation. Anything we needed or wanted was provided with genuine smiles and concerns. The pool area was beautiful with all the native plants and traditional decor. Having a breakfast buffet included was very convenient. The restaurant also served lunch, dinner and room service, which we utilized more than once. Western and Khmer food options, pretty good. The location was generally a quiet residential area but close enough to the main road with a great grocery store about 5 minute walk. It is not the busy riverside/ pub street area but still within walking distance 30 minutes or so, or 5-10 minutes in the Tuk Tuk perfect for us. Loved having a separate bedroom with a closing door. Loved having a kitchen and full size refrigerator. The place was plenty big and spacious. It had a closet for hanging clothes in the bathroom. There really was not anything we didn't like. The kitchen could use a few more essential cooking items and dishes if you are planning to cook. We only stayed two weeks so we planned on eating out mostly. The staff definitely would have given us more kitchen things if we asked, I just didn't intend on cooking so I didn't ask. The only thing that was a little hard was the heat/humidity the bathroom could use a small counter top fan because of that. I actually bought one at the Haven Walk mall and it really helped.

The proximity to the city center was a great plus! The attention and care of the whole staff is commendable! It would have been nice to have a dish soap in the sink as well as a dish towel and face towel.

Really great stay here. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff was and attentive. Location was a bit out of the main area of town, which was nice for us as far as it was nice and quiet. Easy to get a tuk tuk. Breakfast is simple but satisfying. WiFi was a little in and out but that may have been out of their control.

Everything was good and the staff was very friendly, so I had a good rest. I don't know because I don't walk the streets, but it was good to go to the places I wanted by tuk-tuk. It wasn't easy because there were a lot of mosquitoes on the first floor where breakfast was served. Since it was the off-season, there weren't many people in the hotel,

This hotel is top class. The staff are absolutely excellent - each staff member did everything possible to make our stay an enjoyable one (Thank you ?). Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. From the moment we arrived on 20/02/2025 to our departure date (we stayed for 1 month), we were treated to the best hotel experience we have ever had. My room and my friend’s room had an outdoor warm bath - perfect to relax after a long day in the sun! Each room is a suite - amazing experience. The location is very central yet in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood - only 5 minutes by tuk tuk to the centre of Siem Reap. We have already arranged to return to Cambana Residence later on in the year and, this time, we are going to stay even longer.
