The gym was good. That's all It is low season, so there was no staff. You should search for them every time. The rooms were super dirty I stayed there for four days, they never cleaned the room or changed sheets etc. There is only one person to talk to in English and you should search for her every time. The rooms need maintenance.

So fresh and comfortable No I don’t have

Not sure if I like it. Too old without proper maintenance. The environment within the property is not like a hotel as mentioned in the app.

Very good

We booked a room with 2 beds, but upon arrival the room was replaced with 1 bed. There was no TV in the room, the hair dryer was not working, and the plumbing was old. I think the price for the room is too high.

Great gym (although filthy) Staff were good Shower was the best. Very powerful, hot and easy to control temperature (despite soaking the room) I left this hotel for another hotel in Siem Reap. It was filthy! The sheets were dirty, room obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a while, neither had any of the common areas. Lots of football lads around all hours (the gym is for the local football team). I had a lizard as a room mate which I couldn’t get out (as it kept hiding and there were so many holes it could get in anyway) it was really noisy at night and just not an ideal sleeping situation. Spent £2 more a night and have got a brilliant hotel in the centre.

The place is situated in a quiet area with less traffic noises. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. We only booked for 2 night but extended for a second. The price is cheap but lack some amenities like tv.

Facilities are good. Gym & pool are good. Room is all right. The staff is super disrespectful. They keep making comments about customers in the local Khmer language right to our faces. Laughing at us and cracking jokes. I don't speak the local language but I'm not stupid, you could easily tell that's what they're doing. I've never been this disrespected anywhere else, I recommend you stay away from this place. Also, anything they sell extra is a rip off. They'll try to convince you $15 for a motorbike rental is what you'd get anywhere else, but you can get it for $6 just a couple of steps away from the hotel. And they say it with such a condescending tone. Please stay away from this place.
