Very nice room. Comfortable bed with nice clean white sheets. Air Con worked well. Staff friendly. Lots of tropical plants in garden. Nice pool. A good 5 minute walk down a side street which was fine in the day but wouldn’t have liked to walk down alone at night (solo lady traveller) as very dark. Tut tuts or cars will go right to the hotel though.

Staff/ management quickly rectified our room mix up upon arrival. Room was adequate- pool was refreshing after full day trip to Angkor Wat and various temples. Staff were so friendly and service was fantastic. out of the way from town and have to walk down unpaved alley to get there. Bit secluded - but security on duty in evening.

Hotel locate in the city center, quiet place and convenient for me to work after the day. Good service and staff so friendly specially the owner. Nothing to be shout off.

King-sized beds (quite hard, but fine for me). Good air-con. The pool is a decent size (although we didn't go in). Breakfast was cooked to order (although I suspect during high season it would be buffet style), and fresh fruit was also served. The staff were really nice and helpful, and we had a late check-out. The hotel is down a little laneway, so nice and quiet, but only 5 mins to town.by Tuk Tuk. The bathrooms could do with a few little fixes (e.g. loose basin tap in room 103 and shower pressure in room 104).

it was close to where the bus dropped me off. I loved the gardens. it was down a UN paved dirt road which was quite difficult to find. the other worrying thing is the amount of stray dogs around that do come up to you and bark.

The swimming pool Zero flexibility. When trying to modify the duration of my stay from 2 to 1 night, hotel and booking have rejected on each other the need to accept it. Finally I had to pay 2 nights with 2 sets of breakfast that I never tasted. Indeed they include breakfast but they serve it only from 7:00pm kwowing very well that all tourists are gone by 5:00 to visit the temples. So they charge breakfast and never serve them. Worst I asked the hotel owner if he could prepare some take away breafast. Answer was afirmative but at 5:00AM nobody at reception, no takeaway... Same when we left the hotel nobody available at 22:30. For me clearly over evaluated for the level of service provided. Hotel empty both from owner and clients... Fridge not working in the room Pictures are beautiful, reality gives a complete different feeling

Lady that worked in reception was really friendly and helpful (didn’t manage to get her name). Rooms we’re a good size and beds were comfy. Wi-Fi was good. Location was okay. Pool area could do with updating and maybe a few extra options at breakfast.
