The pool is beautiful and offers a welcome respite from the heat! The rooms are lovely (ours had a view of the pool and a bay window seat) and are well appointed. Best of all, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. They helped us with everything from airport transfers to Phare Circus tickets to a private driver to visit Kulen Mountain. It was also easy to get a Grab from this location...a quick trip anywhere you want to go! Would definitely stay here again! Everything was great!

We loved everything about this property. The room was large with lots of space to put our things. The bathroom had all the needed toiletries including body lotion which I appreciated. Loved the thick white towels & snuggly bathrobes. The staff was Amazing! Can’t say enough good about each of them. They were all so wonderful! The breakfast was delicious with wide variety of choices both Western & Asian. They also had all the speciality coffees to choice from. They serve delicious dinners also. We absolutely loved their Pumpkin Soup. They have a spa too where we enjoyed a wonderful massage. The swimming pool is Large & Beautiful with plenty of sun loungers & beach towels. We spent hours water walking laps & lounging in the sunshine Nothing to dislike.

The hotel was nice but I think I would have had a better time with a regular room. I got one of the suites with its own private pool. The water was freezing and I never got in, there was also a lot of things floating in the water. The bed was also very dusty and made me itchy. Its almost as if nobody had rented that room in a while and the bedding wasnt changed in months. But the rooftop pool was beautiful. Definitely recommend this hotel if you get a regular room.

The front desk staff was incredible helpful with booking tours, transportation and making recommendations on the area. They were so accommodating to all of our needs! The room was also wonderful. Comfortable, clean, and with all the amenities. We also loved the pool! Food and drink prices were a little high for the area.

Staff was so kind Loved the pool area Gym was sufficient (one person to do yoga or pilates in front of the mirror, a typical 3 part weight machine with pull up bars, water in the gym Quiet location Stunning design Need to put an antibacterial spray in the gym for for equipment Smart TV for streaming yoga or exercise casted from the phone would've been nice Didn't go to the spa here, but I think prices were on the high side compared to what you can find 10 minutes walking from the rest of the city. Near a couple of really good restaurants Better Blowdryer for the rooms

That was the nicest hotel of our full Cambodia trip. The architecture is very nice. The swimming pool is gorgeous. The rooms are nicely designed and organized. We like the style of patio/staircase going to the roof pool, feels relaxing. But most of all the staff there is just beyond expectations. As an example, we arrived a little after the closure of the swimming pool in the evening (21:00) due to delay in our flight and they were nice enough to re-open it for an extra 30 minutes for us to cool down from out trip. Very nice and friendly, they helped up organize our visits around. We rented their tuktuk driver for 2 days to visit the temples and that was a very good choice. Morning breakfast was very nice too. And the welcome massage was so needed ;) All in all, we highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely staff, really appreciate the five star service. Nice big central pool, and a bonus roof top one. Roof top pool looks so inviting. Our room in the Wander wing was huge and really beautiful. Best breakfasts we had. Awesome coffees. Dogs barking across the street at night.
