Good location in Siem Reap. The daily cleaning service was appreciated. The bed was clean. They tried to overprice the laundry service, even though it took a very long time to get our clothes back (compared to other guest houses). We found rat fieces in the room on the last day, it probably got in and out during the cleaning time.

Staff was incredibly nice. Rooms were so big we had ordered three and asked if we could just stay in two the owner of the hotel was so accommodating that he had a room with two bedrooms and two bathrooms and put my twins in that room so they could be together. The rooms were big the beds were very big and comfortable. You get a tuk tuk to the center for $2. It is only 10 minute tuk tuk ride to the center. I highly recommend this hotel more than anything because of the staff, owner and cleanliness. It's not that I did not like it but there was a rooster crowing every morning to wake us up. This rooster belong to some neighbor.

The room is spotlessly clean. The bed is comfortable. There is an electric kettle for making coffee or tea. The shower area is separated from the toilet and sink so that the whole bathroom doesn't get wet (We tend to take this for granted in western countries, but it's not so common in SE Asia). As some other reviews have noted, you might hear music from the restaurant next door between about 5pm-11pm. However, outside of that time window, it's actually rather quiet, so it wasn't a problem.

Very nice and quiet place, staff always helpful and close to city center just around 3 minutes drive to the Pub Street. Location is perfect, every thing is beautiful and clean. Amazing place I definitely recommend.
