Wonderful hotel, everyone was lovely. It was very quiet. The staff was so sweet, I had mentioned to the hotel that I was vegetarian and they printed and messaged me the vegetarian menu and kept it on hand for me! The room was AMAZING with bath tubs that overlook gardens. Everything was clean and nice.

Staff, service, food, spa, villa, pool, location. 5 star highest level of service and ameneties at this property. Nothing to not like at this property.

The villa was fantastic, modern and stylish. It was walled with nothing overlooking so secluded and private. And the pool was surprisingly large for a private pool. The staff were unbelievable - friendly, professional, and prompt.

Masao and his staff really made our stay exceptional. The property is conveniently located, quiet, very well appointed and there is top notch attention to detail. We are already planning a return next winter. Many thanks to Masao, Seam and the entire family at Waka!

Place was amazing. If you are looking for quiet, private, luxurious accommodation this is the place! We absolutely loved it. Beautiful inside and out. Attention to detail was special. Very pretty and accommodating. Staff was great and attended to our every need. The kitchen was amazing. Had both breakfast and dinner delivered to room. Very tasty and great quality. All inclusive mini bar was a nice touch. Private pool was clean and comfortable. Totally private and a great place to relax after tours on hot days. We absolutely loved it and they made us feel very special. Gym and spa was also very nice. Highly recommend. Nothing

Waka Villa is a truly remarkable place. Beautifully furnished and comfortable villas are arranged so that everything is in its place, nothing is unnecessary, everything is perfect. This place provides incredible comfort, convenience, intimacy, and privacy. But the greatest value and what makes it unique, as always, are the people. People who are simply amazing, helpful, committed, and make you feel truly special. Right from the start, as soon as you leave the airport in Siem Reap, you are greeted by a driver who, as soon as you settle comfortably in the seat of the luxurious bus, offers you a cold, moist towel to refresh yourself after the journey and a choice of beverages before setting off, demonstrating how much they care about guest comfort and attention to detail. I will definitely return to Cambodia, if only to stay at Waka Villa again.

We rented a villa with a pool in this intimate boutique hotel.The daytime temperatures in Siem Reap during early March were 95 degrees. So after Angkoe Wat temples our own pool was a luxury. The main pool is also gorgeous. The staff was AMAZING with their level of hospitality and kindness. We had our breakfast delivered to the room. The spa treatments were excellent. We loved having a large water filter for hot and cold water in the room. Nothing- we loved it.

What an amazing place! Our stay at Waka Villas exceeded all expectations, even though that bar was already set very high. I have never stayed somewhere where so much thought has been put into every aspect of your experience, from design, technology, comfort, cleanliness, practicality, aesthetics, and the list continues. There were also so many elegant touches - as agreed, we were met on time at the airport in a very comfortable air-conditioned car, and only later found out that the one hour journey was free of charge. You get some free laundry included in your stay also. The delicious food at the restaurant is incredibly good value, encouraging you to eat in. The hotel arranged local tours for us with trusted contacts at prices that were more than reasonable. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and seemed genuinely happy to help, but were never overly obtrusive. In fact it is evident that the villas are set up to allow those who wish so to maintain as much privacy as possible, and to this end many visitors chose room service to eat their meals in their villas. We later learned that the philanthropic owners have a local employment policy and help staff into higher education and university. We highly recommend Waka Villas to anyone wanting very high quality, with the additional benefit of significant privacy should they prefer that. I cannot ever remember staying somewhere where I have nothing to think of that needs improving.

This place was breathtaking. I arrived here after leaving a different “5 star” hotel which I had prepaid nights for but left early as it was not great. When I arrived here it was like an oasis. The staff went above and beyond. Seam, fort office staff, spent over an hour assisting me with a banking issue which was amazing. All of the staff were simply perfect. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had as I just sent in my custom order of what I wanted on the app, I ordered things like grilled chicken and mushrooms along with more traditional items (for breakfast!) and 20 minutes later it was delivered to the room. They allow you to “order breakfast” until 5 pm. The Pool and the room was magnificent. I ate 6 meals at the resort and everything I ate was excellent from a great menu. I thought the best hotel in siem reap was Jaya river house but this place and its staff give it a run for the money but with much bigger rooms and a better pool. Great resort. Highly recommend. I liked everything. The only thing I can possibly think of is I ordered the beef tenderloin and it was the only dish out of probably 15 I ordered that wasn’t top quality. I only say that to have something to put in this section. This place is 10/10. Don’t hesitate one second to stay here.

Stunning villa. Amazing size. Private swimming pool was so big. Nice having the lovely peaceful private garden space. Such genuine kind humble staff who are so so helpful. Helped book all out trips and tour guides. The director of the property was around a lot and always made an effort to talk to you which was a lovely touch. Fresh water in the rooms was an added bonus. Food is amazing. It was our honeymoon and they made a real effort to celebrate that Nothing

If you're tired of big hotels but need high quality care, then WAKA Villa is the perfect choice. The high standards guaranteed by the Japanese owner (most importantly, Japanese toilets, free laundry and room service!!!) and the unbeatable kindness of the locals are a killer combination. The design of the hotel makes everyone feel alone in the hotel when it was full. Seam the hospitality manager took care of everything within minutes, the service was second to none! none

Staff was exceptionally polite and friendly. Villa is as good as it looks like on the pictures. Overall, would say that it was the best hotel service we’ve ever experienced. Nothing.
