The hotel is an excellent place to stay when coming to visit Siem Reap Cambodia. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. The location is perfect as it's away from the busy main streets making it a peaceful place to stay. It's only a 15-20 minute walk into the City centre or a very short Tuk tuk ride which only costs 2 dollars. I stayed in a double deluxe room with a private balcony overlooking the lovely swimming pool. The room was the largest hotel room I've ever stayed in, I especially loved how big the bathroom was. The rooms are kept clean to a very high standard and are cleaned on a daily basis with clean towels etc. The bed was so comfortable I never wanted to get up in the morning. The service at breakfast is very good, but can be slightly limited depending on how many guests are staying at the hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed staying here and I was made so very welcome by all the staff. To anyone looking for the perfect place to stay in Siem Reap, I thoroughly recommend staying at the Araya Angkor Residence Hotel. 5* all the way !!!

friendly staff very helpfull, contactable by whatsapp, organised for me a hot air balloon flight. 15 min walk from city center, beautifull big room, very clean. a nice swiming pool and nice breakfast nothinng, everything was perfect

It was pretty spacious. The rooms were pretty clean. The staff helped us research places we wanted to go to and recommended some more places, helped us book a tuk-tuk for the day, etc. There was a family with kids who woke up around 5am and was very loud in the balcony/swimming area, and we were wide awake because of it. Maybe they can apply some rules for using the common area.

We loved our stay at Araya Angkor! The breakfast was great, lots to choose from. I'm a vegan but still had plenty to eat every day, and the staff were happy for me to bring in soy milk as the hotel didn't have any (not a fault of the hotel, alternative milk just isn't a thing in Cambodia it seems). Our room was always clean and the linen/towels were clean and smelled nice. We appreciated the lighting in the room, lots of different options for when we were working and when we were relaxing. We had a garden room, so could step right out to the pool. It was a beautiful view and was really convenient for going back to the room after swimming. The highlight of the stay was the staff, who were absolutely wonderful. Friendly, talkative and were so kind to us. I enjoyed it so much that I've booked to stay again when I visit with my children next month. The coffee at breakfast is very bitter, but this is just a tiny thing as everything else was fabulous!

clean and quiet. staff nice and helpful. comfortable rooms. nice pool. nice ambience. good location. overall, good value for money. shower difficulty to use. charged usd$1.50 for a water in the fridge. western breakfast food options a bit average. khmer breakfast soup really good though.

The people in Cambodia are so humble. The staff make our stay more memorable. They are forever ready to help in whatever way possible. The place was superb. I think it is one of the best places ever. It is so clean and spacious. I will rate six stars Nothing

The rooms were very spacious and gorgeous. We were 2 adults and 2 kids so all of us have plenty space in the room. In addition it was so clean!! I am surprised about the hotel was very well care. The breakfast could be better, it is not a buffet and some of us feel that we don’t eat enough
