Luxury boutique hotel always lives up to expectations. The room is beautiful. The ac is powerful. The beds are luxurious and the bedding is the best. Very quiet. Nice pool. Breakfast could be a bit tastier. More Khmer food would be good.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The family room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was tasty and the coffee was excellent. The pool was a little bit small. Internet access was sometimes choppy. The construction noise from the neighbor building was slightly annoying.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff across all areas front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and management were warm, attentive, and always ready to help. Breakfast was delicious and generous, including a shared fruit platter. The room was bright and spacious, and the location offered plenty of nearby dining options within walking distance. The team also arranged a reasonably priced airport transfer, which was much appreciated. Bathroom lighting can be improved.

The staff were amazing. They were very helpful and were always there to greet us, every time we entered or exited the hotel. Booked the deluxe twin room with pool view and it was spacious and comfortable. The whole family (2 boys and wife) loved the pool and enjoyed it after a hot day exploring Siem Reap. And the location was great. Far enough from the bustling noise of pub street but close enough (3-4 min remorque ride away) to get to and enjoy. Not to mention that it’s close to a variety of different restaurants, including ones that serve French pastries and western foods, which lots of tourists flocked to. Thank you everyone at Grand Yard La Residence for being so welcoming and making our stay a memorable one. Will definitely come back the next time we visit Siem Reap!

The hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and well maintained. Tea kettle and fridge in every room Comfortable beds 15min walk from the river and markets, but the street is not noisy and no noisy meighbours Swimming pool decent to chill off Beautiful shady courtyard Helpful staff The small snag is breakfast - be prepared to wait 30min when not served as a buffet, and buffet is not very varied. But let's be frank - it is not an issue

The staff was amazing. Everyone was polite and accommodating to my family. Requests were addressed immediately and everyone was taken care of. The rooms were comfortable. The choice of artwork is questionable. Many of the large photos in the room included people looking into the room which caused some of the children to be scared. The hall ways can also be a little dark in the evening

Very good location. We stayed in the pool access room, so even through it was very central it was nice and quiet. The staff were excellent, especially Justin and Panha. I would definitely recommend to others. N/A
