Eightfold Urban Resort

The staff is outstanding helpful, friendly and made the stay absolutely fantastic. The bed is just not for me maybe, so I didn’t sleep too good. It is neither hard nor soft - just didn’t suit me personally.

This is an extraordinary place to relax after spending several hours visiting Angkor Wat. The hotel is beautiful and is in a very quiet part of town, but a very short ride from downtown. All the staff was very friendly and attentive to all of our needs. I would definitely recommend it. We spent a few days at this hotel during a month-long family vacation and this was undoubtedly the best hotel in all of our trip.

The location is far from any restaurant or eatery, so you must take a tuk tuk to get food. I would not walk from the hotel to where any of the cultural experiences, food or shopping are located and esp. Not at night.

Molly was amazing! All of the staff were. I loved the free shuttle service and the pool. The restuarant did not have many food options. It would be good to have a covenience store closer.

Breakfast was very limited compared to other similar hotels we stayed at. The location is a bit off and without side walks but the free tuktuk to the city center works really well.

Loved our stay at Eightfold Siem Reap- we were in a Private Suite with pool access and definitely worth the splurge. There is nothing better than coming back from tours or a sweaty evening out and being able to access your own section of the pool. I believe the pool must also have a chiller, it was the only pool on our trip that was refreshing after a warm day and not as hot as outside. The foliage and flowers were beautiful, great room service, great restaurant, cold towels when you come back from tours, the staff even spray you with bug spray before your evening out. The staff are so kind, helpful and were a big plus to our stay. Everything was organized so well. The staff went above and beyond when we were feeling warm at night and let us use an extra fan. We tend to be warm easily at night so not sure others would feel this way. The main thing is that the staff responded as soon as I brought it up and resolved the issue. I can't really say anything.

This is the perfect escape to a peaceful and luxurious resort. The rooms are spacious and with a mindful design. Especially the rooms with direct pool access make for a perfect relaxation after a long day at the temples and in the heat. However, the best part about this Hotel is its people. The service is truly exceptional and a personal concierge takes care of your whole stay. She is up to date with your stay (tours, restaurants, spa) and always thinking ahead so you don’t have to. Thank you Molly and team for an exceptional stay. The location is in a quiet neighborhood and some people might miss the action of town. There is a free tuktuk shuttle by the resort in the evening so that does not become a problem.

The level of service is wonderful! A huge thank you to all the staff for their care and an amazing stay at the hotel. The design of the hotel is very beautiful, there is a lot of greenery, and there are no insects, this is a big plus

This propertyy is exceptional. The staff is amazing. From the driver who picked me up at the airport, and later transported me to my next hotel, to each and every staff member, they truly made you feel like family. My personal attendant ( yes that is a thing) was Eden. How perfect his name as I felt like I was in paradise and he made sure everything was perfect. He went above and beyond. He arranged for transport to my next hotel, and even went in to check me in !. What a gem you have in this one. I love everything about the property and I am looking forward to my next extended stay. The rooms are fabulous, the pool, accessed by swim up, very private and lush. The food is great, and the service exceeds anything you could expect. A bit out of the madness, which was actually appreciated and an easy tuk tuk anywhere. Thank you Urban eight and Eden you the best. Looking forward to my next stay soon. Loved everything.

Everything was great but the quality of service and the kindness of their staff deserve a special mention in the review. A big thank you to Kevin; he was the kindest host we could ask for. The facilities at the hotel were beautiful, the room was big and comfortable and the food provided at the hotel restaurant was also great. The location at first sight was a little suburban. However, the hotel provides tuk-tuk to and from the town center, which makes it very convenient. Staff very friendly and considerate. Service way exceeding our expectation. Did not order breakfast but did had dinner at the restaurant, which was also a great surprise! Liked the Khmer style that was provided. Room was spacious, bright, clean and with everything well-prepared (would rate the umbrellas as the most useful one during rainy season haha). Loved the balcony facing the garden and swimming pool. Really enjoyed the greenness which also ensured privacy. Didn't have time to try out the swimming pool but did tried the massage service, which was also GREAT! Very soothing after a long day of walk at Angkor :) Nothing

This is the kind of hotel you’ve only ever dreamed about. It’s beautiful from the moment you put a foot inside, everything has been tailored to extremes to make you feel cared.

We had a truly fantastic stay at this beautiful, contemporary property! The entire atmosphere is incredibly luxe, relaxing, and peaceful. Special mention must go to Chris, who looked after us flawlessly throughout our entire trip. They also acknowledged my birthday in the most memorable, special ways. The staff beautifully decorated our room, surprised me with a fresh fruit platter, and even sang happy birthday to me. As an extra-special treat, they gave us a complimentary traditional Cambodian dinner on our last night. To top it all off, we received a super special farewell gifting us a beautiful scarf each. The hospitality here is unmatched and we highly recommend it!

My stay at Eightfold Urban Resort was truly unforgettable. The overall atmosphere of the hotel feels like a peaceful oasis — calm, elegant, and beautifully modern. From the very first moment, you feel relaxed and well taken care of. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. You can clearly see the attention to detail when it comes to hygiene and maintenance. It was always a pleasure to come back to the room after a long day and also enjoy the delicious menu on the restaurant if you are tired to go outside. Staff was very kind and helpful. Every single team member was incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. Their willingness to help with anything made the entire experience even more enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. Definitely a place I would love to return to. They also offer free tuk tuk service to the center and if you want there is a spa for variety of massage options. If you want you can arrange Angkor wat tour from hotel aswell.
