At first it was little difficult to find but after that no issues

My favourite thing about my stay was the incredible hospitality! I felt so at home, I'd have loved to stay even longer. Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone.

We loved everything. A/C was lovely & Cool, Clean sheets, Good mattress & Large comfortable room, Great water pressure with hot & cold, beautiful Pool, quality breakfast & Restaurant and Great Value for Money Nothing

Spacious and clean rooms. Nice swimming pool for cooling down during the day. The food served in the restaurant is very tasty. Gilles and his team made us feel at home and we loved our stay at Villa Agati. Nothing. No remarks.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Agati - the staff were so friendly, and the facilities were bright and clean. Honestly nothing to complain about, and we would recommend staying here in a heartbeat!

Very good for the price. £14 for one night. Clean, spacious, free water refill, and a packed breakfast for us as we were leaving early. I knocked one point off as the manager made a weird comment about not understanding why his family member would date a British person. Little bit unnecessary and offensive.

The pool, staff, and room was great. The breakfast on the other hand was over priced for what you got and what you could get elsewhere

Exceptional

We stayed 7 nights at Villa Agati and had an excellent stay. The rooms are comfortable with good beds. Showers had plentiful hot water (not that you needed it with the heat of Siem Reap!). The hotel is a bit away from the centre, maybe 15/20 minutes walking or a short 5 minute tuk tuk ride (use grab and you should pay around a dollar for the ride). The breakfast options were lovely and all the food at the restaurant was great quality for fair prices. We particularly liked the Cambodian pork dish. The staff (including their lovely cat and dog) were fantastic and happy to help with anything. We honestly could not find a fault with our stay and would highly recommend to anyone! Our hints for Siem Reap, Elia Greek restaurant in the town is lovely and across the river there is a fantastic pizza restaurant called Lost City Pizza Society. Nothing!

The room was very nice and spacious, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was ideal when returning from the temples. Everyone was very friendly. I didn't like the location very much. They charged us $10 for a taxi that I ordered from the airport and that I cancelled 2 hours before my arrival. They charged me because "the taxi was already there" 2 hours before? Also, charging $39 for a taxi from the airport is overrated since we got one for $20. There was also a misunderstanding with the payment due to communication difficulties and disorganization of the team.

Great location close to the river and yet really quiet. A little oasis Huge bedrooms and great AC. Balcony on the small side but we spent most our time around the lovely pool area. The girls who worked there make the place they are friendly and always smiling. Nothing is to much trouble. The owner is also available daily and very helpful Good food and fantastic chicken skewers. If you like small and personal this is the place for you! Nothing

I booked a night at Villa Agati last minute and had a fantastic experience. The welcome was warm, and the staff was absolutely lovely and attentive, making me feel comfortable right away. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the pool. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, perfect for a good night’s rest, and the location was very convenient. You can tell the place is well-maintained and designed with guests’ comfort in mind. Great value for money—I wouldn’t hesitate to come back if I need to.

I really enjoyed my stay at Villa Agati Far enough from town that it was extremely quiet . Close enough to town that it was a good walk I believe 6/10 of a mile if I’m not mistaken Internet was a little bit spotty and cut out now and then

I had a wonderful stay at Villa Agati. It is a cozy boutique hotel. It is located a short 15-minute walk from the centre of Siem Reap. Yes, there are some barking dogs, as others posted. However, if you ignore them, they will leave you alone. The best thing about this hotel is the staff. They are friendly. They will do everything in their power to make sure you have an enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed in room 214, a nice sized room, quiet location away from bar street and town but only a 10 to fifteen minute walk or $1 tuk tuk. Staff were nice and kept bags safely for us as we left siem reap 8pm and check out is midday. Breakfast is a la carte, portions on smaller size (good for weight management) but nice non the less. We ate dinner there one night, a recommended dish of pork and aubergine and a burger. Both were very nice although again, portions were quite small. Small.thing but worth noting, I counted 13 rooms but there are only 5 dining tables and 5 sun loungers so people can, at peak times, have to wait for a table for breakfast and there are not always sun loungers available.

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Agati. Gilles, the owner, made us feel welcomed right away. He was always eager to help us navigate Siem Reap and open for any question. We spent a lot of time by the little pool and with the house cat Tom Cruise :) Villa Agati offers a really nice breakfast with fresh baguette and the ladies working in the kitchen are all super friendly. The rooms were spacious and comfy. As we extended our stay we moved from ground level to first floor which had a nice view over the neighborhood. The hotel is not directly in the center which we did not really mind but please be aware that it might make sense to get a scooter as walking to Siem Reap center takes a bit. We would highly recommend to stay at Villa Agati if you look for a place that is quiet and feels like a home rather than a hotel. Merci Gilles and team! Not the fault of the hotel but as with many places in South East Asia, the room on the ground floor sometimes smelled a bit from the drain.
