The room is large, clean and soundproofed well. I was impressed by the reliable WiFi which made it easy to catch up on some work. The hotel a very peaceful vibe and very good location. Would definitely stay here again! Nothing

The rooms are huge, the pool is lovely and the staff are some of the friendliest I’ve met in Cambodia. Great tour arrangements and good breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!

The location is close to pub street and very convenient to walk around, the staff are very friendly and helpful with everything you need, the bed is very comfortable and huge 2 meters wide and the room is very quiet with nice very nice decor. Chhay Long is one of our favorite hotel to stay when we are in Siem Reap and this is our third time. None

Great hotel with big rooms that are very clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was good and the location is excellent. Highly recommend this place as it is great value for money.

Perfect location, easily accessible, in the center yet still quiet in room. Very friendly staff, kindly packed a fresh breakfast for us early in the morning as we had a tour booked. Spacious, clean rooms, comfortable bed, working air con. Great for a couple of days in the city. It's minor, but only 1 toilet roll for the 3 nights staying.

Thr manager helped us a lot with planning our excursion to Tonglé Sap. Unfortuneately we paid already some locals who behave like bandits and try to squize the last dollar of you. Nice swimming pool (that I forgot to use). Nice quiet chambers. You are in the heart of Siem Raep and Puk Street (so a lot of tourists). Slipery bathroom (shower) like in every hotel in South-East Asia.

It was very well located, just a few blocks from the pub street. the staff was friendly! And it looked that they renovate the room recently!

The bed was extremely comfortable, not as rock hard as most beds in Vietnam/Cambodia. The shower was nice and big and fully enclosed, with great water pressure. The balcony was nice to sit on and get some fresh air. The fridge in the room was icy cold, which was great for having a cold drink when you got back from being out on a hot day. The staff were super friendly, tours were organised for us and the driver we had from the airport was very nice. I also wanted to mention that Pem, the tuk tuk driver that took us to the temples and dropped us to the bus station upon checkout, was so great. These were early mornings, and he was so friendly! The location is excellent, just a street over from pub street and also a 7 eleven. There is also an atm outside and more on the corner. The place is a little older, but still very well kept and clean. But good value for money.

I travelled with my mum, we had a great time in Siem Reap and staff here were wonderful, the owner was very helpful with providing information and she was pleasant to talk to. Room was clean, location is great (under 5 minute walk to 7/11 and all the busy streets/markets). I definitely will be staying here again next time I visit Siem Reap. All good.

Located only 5 minutes walk from Pub Street and so close to markets, the atmosphere was excellent.
