A lift definitely. Terrace room was good but A/C s not working properly. I had to shift to another room. Foul smell came out of the bathroom drain often. No buffet breakfast. Just a kind of set meal. Pool water was dirty.

This property is a hidden gem in a vibrant city. Lots of garden area in the front and the back. The pool is great. The building itself is gorgeous inside with lots of marble and wood. And nice wooden window shutters everywhere. Very nice! The bedroom walls needed a paint job, as did the bathroom walls. They were actually quite dirty. Aside from that, things were clean. Also, there were a lot of things on the restaurant menu that were not actually offered. I think the restaurant could do better.

A little bit unhappy on 1st night as I have been moved to another property due to the place I booked was full but was available on Online booking, not sure how they control, what CM they use or maybe intention to get a booking. Most importantly, the 1st night at Mera Residence I didn't feel upgrade but downgrade. It is not around city center, The room seem not assigned for guests since long, the minibar door seem crack, once I stepped into the room one used towel was in the basket in the room already. I didn't expect premium service but at least what I paid for. it's not staff fault they just follow the management instructions

Good location and you can find a tuk tuk taxi to take you to Angkor Wat or Thom - easily.

No elevator. However, the staff helps you carry your luggage upstairs and back down.

Staff were great. Even before arriving - Mr. Sokha and the team had everything arranged from pick up to the activities. Convenient location to all things Siem reap has to offer.

The hotel staff picked us from the airport, had booked their car sevice. Right from picking us up to checking in the service was seamless and awesome!! The staff were courteous and welcoming. They made us feel at home and provided 5 star service. The hotel location was very convenient and the restaurants were walkable distance. The cambodian food was great, Amok is a must try when you visit Cambodia There is nothing to dislike, please maintain the same service levels.

The staff were fantastic, the pool was perfect and our rooms were clean and spacious. we did not have breakfast so can not comment on that. Not my first stay here and probably not my last.

The location of the hotel was ideal, especially if you want to be close to pub street and a variety of restaurants, which were within in 2 minutes walk. Plus, the staff were so helpful and polite The noise from Pub Street was difficult on the first night, but the staff happily moved us to a ground floor room, which sorted the problem out

Spacious and clean rooms. It is located within a walking distance to main street. Loud noise from nearby pubs until 3AM.

Location. Staff The AC in my room and my parents' room were barely working. Even with the lowest temperature and maximum fan speed it was still extremely hot.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Nan in particular was very helpful and polite. It was noisy from Pub Street but we were able to move to a room downstairs and that was not so noisy.

The staff were so welcoming and accommodating. The room was comfortable and clean. Lovely boutique pool area. Great location. Very close to pub street. Quiet at night. Good restaurant close by. We were very happy here!

It is a very nice hotel close to Pub Street. Rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool area - is decent and beautiful, as well as the common areas of the hotel. The staff were super polite and nice. We didn't need much, but it seemed that they helped other guests a lot. I would really recommend staying there. On Friday, we could hear music from Pub Street (but not too much). For me, it was completely OK, but for light sleepers, it might be an issue. On the other hand - that's why you book this hotel so it is in a very good location. If you want smth calm - book a hotel further from the center.
