Love the location! Customer service was okay, I really liked how quiet and peaceful the hostel was ( like you stay in a dorm room cuz you're on a budget but don't want to be bothered, lol ). However, the area where we put our suitcase was very not so clean, and the bathroom got unpleasant smells. With better cleanliness, it would be a much nicer place to stay. Would I come again? Yes, I would! As the price is reasonable for such a great location. Not very clean suitcase storage and unpleasant bathroom smells .

Great location and rooms! It is right by pub street and many good places to eat! Also the pool is unique and great! I really wish there was an elevator and the pool was murky but still worth using.

Clean facilities and comfy beds. The pool doesn’t have anywhere to sit or lay down next to it so it’s pretty much useless. It was not very clean (I’m guessing because no one uses it). The restaurant was not open. Nowhere to chill apart from reception area. It’s good if you just want to sleep.

Tiny swimming pool in the roof and no place to hang and dry clothes or a towel in the balcony. Should be a chair or a bed in the area of a swimming pool.

I happened to have the dorm all to myself, but with the curtain it would have been private enough anyway. The interior is very nice and location central. People from another room left their clothes in the bathroom and not all of the locks in the bathroom worked. These was construction around which made noise (not that the hotel can control that) especially since the balcony door wasn't very soundproof, also it had no curtain or anything. The pool didn't look very inviting honestly and there wasn't much for the shared spaces. Great to stay in if you're just looking for somewhere to sleep.

I booked the dorm 2 nights but got only 1 night and they change us to another room.

We were booking 4beds mix dome. But your staff arrange us to 8beds mix dome. It's really disappointing us.

Very nice clean and comfortable dorms. The hostel is well located but also so chilled and quiet inside. It was perfect for me as I wanted to stay somewhere quiet with nice facilities. The dorms are probably one of the nicest I’ve stayed in, in my 5 months of travel. The staff here were so lovely, welcoming and gave 5 star hotel standard service. The roof top pool is very nice as well although one of the sun-beds was broken.
