The location was great and facilities were clean. This should not be listed as a 4 star. There were hair all over the brand new sheets, stains on the wall, bathroom, and towel. The window doesn’t shut all the way, its too small, if you pull it to the left the right side opens and vise versa. Had a view of the trashcan. The shower head was up to my shoulders and I’m only 1.70 cm (5’7”) so this is very low. the towel rod was crooked… the light fixture was too. And the bathroom fan vent didn’t work.

Beautiful Hotel beside the night markets and close to Pub Street

The staffs. They are well trained in hospitality. No room dine-in services. Suggest to have some basic food delivery services at least.

Location excellent - very near main tourist attractions including Pub St and Night Market. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging affordable and high quality tours of the Angkor Temples, and in providing transportation to other events and the airport. Breakfasts were excellent. There was no hot water in the shower

Fantastic location. Super friendly staff. Clean. Good breakfast. A pool! The manager helped us change to a quieter room. Pub street, the party street, was two blocks away and their music blared. We switched rooms to the opposite site of the hotel.

Ta Prohm at Siem Reap is very centrically located and it has the most elaborate wood carvings I have see in any hotel. The rooms are comfortable although the mattress was too hard for my taste. The breakfast spread is very good and the staff is very service-oriented. Loved my stay there.

Great location, beautiful Khmer furnishings, polite and helpful staff Room was a bit dark and noisy, with a few cockroaches and sometimes no hot water.

Service was outstanding. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We had a minor plumbing issue in our room on one day, and they came up and got it resolved within an hour. Location is great - right across the street from the local night market, and a very short walk to "Pub Street" and a ton of tourist-friendly restaurants and bars.

We love staying at Ta Prohm Hotel. Great location, beautiful atmosphere and friendly staff. The breakfast is excellent.

Great staff, fantastic location. Feels a bit like a hotel from a different time. Big breakfast buffet. Noise from the ‘mobile bars’ that set up on the street nearby.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Towels were large. The location is wonderful- right near the night market and Pub Street. Highly recommend! Nothing- I wish we could have stayed longer.

Morning coffee. Too strong had to go down the road every morning to get something I could drink. Then come back for breakfast.

I loved the location! You can walk everywhere, and all the main attractions are just a short ride away—whether by tuk-tuk or car. The staff truly stands out. They are on another level—polite, helpful, kind, and consistently exceptional throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet was good and just what you need to start the day before heading out to explore. Overall, a great experience with unbeatable convenience and outstanding service. I would definitely recommend it if you're mainly looking for a comfortable place to sleep and spend your days out exploring the city. The room itself needs significant improvements. It felt quite old, and the heavy wood décor made it noticeably noisy. Since it’s so close to Pub Street, you can hear music from the clubs all night, as well as people walking through the hallway. Some details also affected the comfort: the linens had small tears, the ironing board was very old, and the bathtub is unusually high, which feels unsafe and slippery. Housekeeping was just okay—used cups were not removed, and on different days there was no hand soap or toilet paper. It’s difficult to leave a negative review because the staff truly does everything they can to make your stay pleasant. But the room I stayed in did not match the photos online, and that discrepancy makes a big difference. Overall, a great experience in terms of service and convenience, but I would recommend it mainly if you just need a place to sleep and plan to spend most of your time out enjoying the city.

Fantastic staff, intricately carved wooden Cambodian history everywhere. I had an issue with my flight home and the hotel manager let me use his personal cell phone to get it straightened out. Will definitely stay there again. Bathtub was slow to drain.

Great location and excellent service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel featured beautiful wooden interiors and decorative wall panels. Breakfast offered an excellent selection. Highly recommended.

Whilst the mattresses were comfortable, the pillows were not, being too high and firm. There was often a strong, unpleasant smell emanating from the bathroom. The pool is indoors and feels more like a Roman bath rather than a swimming pool. Buffet was decent but when there were too few guests, breakfast from a menu was offered. This got uninteresting pretty quickly. TV channel options fairly limited.

the location was great. i love the area. near to everything that you need. shopping, massage , eateries , 7/11 and many more. night market is just across the hotel which was a plus point. lovely swimming pool. the breakfast was lovely and variety to have. they even packed our breakfast as we left the hotel around 5am in the morning. the cooridor was dark and no aircon. look very stuffy. the room was very dark with low ceiling. the mattress was very old
