The room was on the fourth (top) floor and had a view of Siem Reap river and market stalls below. You could hear the outside but the noise wasn't bothersome. The room is accessible by stairs so you get nice and fit. I'm still impressed with SreyLin who carried my 11kg bag up the stairs for me on arrival with no issue. The owner manager is flexible and encouraging and can give information on the local area. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large, and there was a tv, fridge, and desk to work and eat at. Very handy to tourist needs including money exchange, markets, food and coffee. Tours and transport providers are just around the corner, there's a laundry across the street, and the location is handy to many trips given it's location near the roundabout in the old town. Easy walking distance to everything. There were some mosquitoes at night but the owners take care to treat them regularly in the day time and keep the numbers down - about mosquitoes after I left Siem Reap Angkor Udom guesthouse I stayed in an apartment in Phnom Penh and was totally mauled by mosquitoes - I relate this story to say the owner at Angkor Udom does a great job at managing the mossies in a non-invasive way. In this, the dry season, some morning were cool and required some bravado to jump in the cool shower- but the same was a relief at the end of the day and would be just perfect in the wet season. The tv didn't work but there's plenty else to do around town.

All was great. Central location, 2 minute walk to famous Pub Street, comfy bed, a balcony, a spacious room. Price was good All was perfect

The personnel was very helpful The air conditioner was working properly and very appreciated *The room wasn't the planned one: the picture of the room itself was the same, but the view was definitely not the same (view on the street when it advertised view on the river...) *Almost no toilet paper left, and no available refill. *Also, it's weird to put the shower first thing when you enter the bathroom: when you've taken a shower, the floor is all wet to go to the toilets...
