Conveniently located walking distance to pub street and old market! Angkor Wat was amazing cab driver picked me up from hotel and took me sightseeing! Great experience!

Location, staffs, room Better have mirror outside bathroom

I had booked two rooms about months ago, on the day, the receptionist called me to confirm the room in the morning, and I was on the way to Siem Reap too. But in the evening, the receptionist called me and told me that my room had been canceled and gave that room to other customers?. What's ashamed of the rudeness? The hotel wasn't responsible for my booking because the walk-in customer paid more expensive than booking.com.

The staffs are so helpful, they help us booked the motorbikes and the tutuk as well. Check in and out every fast and smooth. Good location, few mins to everywhere

Great location, beautiful pool, kind and helpful staff The bed/pillows are a little hard but not terrible. Didn’t change my experience

First night, the shower water smelled like rotten egg. Talked with other tourists, and it was our hotel indeed. There was probably something dead in the water tank. The second day was fixed, but it was awful anyway. There is also no elevator, and lizards are everywhere in the room.

The switch that made the shower head switch on didnt work, and hot water was questionable

. Staffs are perfect and friendly . Hotel price is acceptable . The room big enough for family compare to previous hotel that I used to sleep, the rabbit hole is more better . Location is perfect, 5mn walk to pub street and old market. The nearby area is full of stores, marts and motorbike rental . Just few equipment in WC was broken, it will be better if u take sometimes to check it. Besides, all are good.

Pretty close to pub street but a little bit of a walk. No elevator as well as rooms on 2nd floor so that was a bit of a hassle. Rooms were ok price was good though

Very nice friendly and helpful staff . Reception with lobby looks good and swimming pool. Close to 7/11, motorbike rental and laundry. We were situated in older I think side of the hotel..not sure ? 2 rooms we were as had to change to a different one due to smell and small bugs , were old and very worn out . Temperamental and noisy air conditioning , no hot water only light one. Not very comfortable room and bed ..although better then the 1st one... Small breakfast .

Great pool staff was pleasant It was hotter than haitis and the air did not work well enough to sleep they moved me the next day to a better room

The breakfast was okay. Bed bugs and then when we confronted the manager he gaslighted us and then wouldn't refund us our money. The wifi was terrible and the ac barely worked. The shower was right next to the toilet no curtain or anything. It was weird.

The location of the hotel was near to the PUB Street, and the location was quiet. The bed was comfortable, behind the TV was very dusty, and a Little Advice make sure you separate the keycard and the room key, so the A/C will continue running if you go outside for a tour. Because once you remove the keycard the A/C will turned off. If you came back from tour the room was very hot and it will take time to cool the room. This hotel doesnt have an Elevator, if you are going to check in here with luggages then be ready to carry your luggages to your room, but staff are friendly and helpful to carry your luggage to your room. You only have 2 options for breakfast.

Great location - walking distance from the night market, old market and pub street. Staff was very kind and helpful during our stay plus the room was always clean. The proprety seems in an older building and I assume they will continue to improve / renovate to the standard in the front desk / pool area. Additionally, the property didn’t have an iron and the shower didn’t have a box.

Although I arrived so early morning at 3:00am, staffs welcomed and let me checked in without additional charges! Appreciate their welcome and friendly manner. Highly recommended!
