The location of the property is very good, being only a 5 minute walk to Pub Street. Breakfast was basic but fine for the low price. The small swimming pool is clean and refreshing after a hot day visiting the ruins. We booked both a Tuk-Tuk for the day to Angkor Wat and a car with driver to Phnom Penh at the end of our stay, through the manager. Both were very good value for money and the service was excellent. The deluxe rooms we had booked were not available on the first night of our stay.

Actually the breakfast was rather so-so. The water pressure and rain shower was excellent. Air con worked very well. Breakfast on time and more western style, like bacon, good bread for toast, etc.

The hotel I would really struggle to fault. The staff were really friendly. The pool was nice too Personally we didn't like Siem Reap but that's got nothing to do with the hotel - it was really great and honestly a highlight of our stay

This is a great place to stay in Siem Reap when you want to visit the temples of Angkor Wat. The place is close to the small town center and the night market by the river, which is a great place to have delicios and cheap food. If you like partying, there is a street with bars not far from it. The room was clean and spacious, the beds very comfortable. There is also a nice pool at the property. The bathroom was a bit badly configured and the water was not draining properly when you showered. It was not a big issue, but you had to be careful for longer showers, maybe when washing your hair too.

I enjoyed being able to have a late breakfast and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind! The room and amenities for the price do not add up at all, what you get vs what you pay for is obnoxious. There's a dingy color on the walls, stains, markings from previous travelers. When I saw my pillows they were stained brown all over and darker brown here and there, they were disgusting and it's time to change them. I had trouble with the power to the room just about everyday. It constantly had to be reset, so don't count on leaving anything in your refrigerator. There's also quite a large gap in the outside door that ensures you will need to wear mosquito lotion to bed.

Location is good for night life. The electric cut off from the room frequenty. I don't like the little glass attached new to the door that can from outside. I don't like the parking space and it's security (lack of parking instruction that caused vehicle parked everywhere in the compound).
