The cleaning staff were kind. The entire facility is in disrepair. This is a cash grab refurb-property. Broken tiles in the rooms, foot injuries and a tetanus shot will be needed. The AC's are not serviced and do not operate properly. When addressed the manager ignored it and was very rude, walked away in the middle of my explaining that from 1200 to 1800 the ambient temperature was 34C even with the AC on. The AC Leaked through the ceiling ruining some of my electronics. Nightmare backpacker haven, avoid at all costs.

Night markets are within walking distance. There's good amenities like laundry and bike rental as well as pool and bar.

The location was close the pub street (but still have to walk around 15 min). Hotel was clean and room was okay. There were several mosquitos which we could not get rid of during our 3 nights stay. They sent a tuk tuk to get us from the bus station. There was free breakfast which was basic but normal for the price. The staff were generally kind (but not all of them) Actually nothing but I felt the staff were trying to sell transport from higher price. They claimed that the taxi price to the airport was 35 USD but they offered us a special price which was 30 USD. While walking to the pub street, we noticed a tour agent on the left side, he quoted 20 USD. We finally decided to go there by the airport bus.

The hotel is just decent but it needs some upgrading. For the money you pay, it is decent. The staff and the owners are very nice. Igot bitten by a bug the first night.

Girls ans boys working very kindly ans Smiling. Swimming pool clean ans quiet. Water free event when you leave the hôtel. Girls offer you fresh bottes. Kind manager took us to our bus station. It was just second floor without lift but good exercise except when you forger something.

The family that operates the hotel is very friendly and accommodating. The rooms have all the basic amenities and the beds are reasonably comfortable. What I loved most was how quiet it was no matter what time of the day I was in the room. Also, I was surprised to find the internet connection to be very fast compared to other hotels in Siem Reap. The free breakfast had very good coffee, a choice of eggs, bread, and fruit. A great way to start the day. The facilities are a bit worn out and showing signs of needing renovation. The refrigerator smelled awful and took a long time to cool off my drinks. Bathrooms and linens are clean, but I found drawers, cupboards, and the armoire dusty. Also, the toilet seat was falling off the toilet. Odd, small children-sized blankets. Not the fault of the hotel, but the street in front is very busy, and it's not easy to walk anywhere as most of the sidewalks are blocked by bikes and cars. I found other parts of the city much more walkable.

Very good location you can go to town easily. Good swimming pool for relaxing after tours. I booked all my tours to Angkor Wat with then.. I will come back with my family again.
