Location is very close to the pub street. The property was listed as having a parking space, but in reality there was no parking available. I was required to park my vehicle on the road, which was unsafe and also blocked traffic. I had specifically searched for a property with parking and made the booking based on the facilities mentioned on Booking.com. However, after arriving at the property, I was informed that there was no parking space and that I should park on the roadside. I politely asked whether I could cancel the booking without any charges, and the reception staff agreed to this. Based on that confirmation, I cancelled the booking on Booking.com and immediately booked another property. Unfortunately, after this, the hotel rejected my cancellation request. When I contacted the manager to discuss the issue, the conversation was unpleasant and unprofessional, which was disappointing. I am sharing this experience in the hope that the property details can be made more accurate in the future, so that guests can make informed decisions with confidence.

Room, staff, price all excellent. Would stay again. Had arranged with hotel for a car to pick us up at the airport. upon arrival, no car/driver. Luckily able to access internet and then find we had tickets reserved for the airport bus, which we had to repay, of course. Then get a tuk tuk from bus station to hotel. Was not impressed. We were not told no car pick up prior to finding out on nightitme arrival.

In this price range I don’t think there’s a better hotel in Siem Reap. The service, cleanliness, restaurant, bar, décor, and vibe can’t be beat. Comfortable, quiet, and spacious rooms. Good balconies. And just a short walk to the river and Night Market area. Best of all is the staff, who are professional, dutiful, kind, thoughtful, and endlessly helpful. My heartfelt thanks to everyone at La Villa for such an enjoyable stay. There’s nothing not to like.

My previous review still stands. This is comfortable, tasteful, affordable lodging in an unbeatable location with delicious food, great bar (free pool), and top-notch staff. You are well taken care of here. I love everything about this hotel. Nothing.

Five-star experience all the way. It’s a small hotel just a stone’s throw from the main tourist area in town, yet is quiet, affordable, and has a relaxed and welcoming vibe. It has an excellent restaurant with with Western and Asian options, quality bar and pool table, clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms, excellent food (be sure to take advantage of the delicious breakfast), and a swimming pool with inviting greenery and plenty of shade. But it’s the staff who are the real stars of the show here, polite as can be and consistently delivering first-class service. Hats off to everyone here who work so hard to ensure such a high-quality guest experience. I’ve extended my stay twice and couldn’t be happier. Nothing.

The family room we stayed at was really comfortable, it had two separate bedroom areas and two bathrooms, which was a big plus. The place is a 5-10min walk from Pub Street, a very central location but far enough to relax without the noise and activity. It's a bit difficult to find as to get to the rooms you have to go through a restaurant/bar area which has a sign with a different name (Villa Sans Souci).

It was a wonderful time staying at this hotel. The room had everything we needed, and the hotel service made our stay very comfortable. It was definitely worth staying here. One very minor downside is that the pool is small, and during our stay, it was always occupied by one guest family. Of course, I don't think it's the hotel's fault.

Friendly and helpful French manager. Good choices of breakfast (no buffet!), only the coffee needs to be improved, worst coffee on our trip, strange for a French owned hotel. Large room and bathroom. The hotel is situated in an older building and could use some renovation but has nice vibe: small swimming pool, lobby with bar, biljart and cozy seats. Hotel lies just outside the busy area at 5 minutes walk which was ideal for us. Sink was leaking but not too much. Bad coffee. Cleaning could be better.

The Personal is very kind - they try to help if you have some questions and are always available to speak and help. My List: 1. The breakfast area is connected to the bar area and the people is there smoking and is very unpleasant to try to eat with that smell for non smokers. 2. They booked a room with Bathtub, double size bed and terrace with view to the Swimming pool. We received a room with a completely different configuration and the manager try to change us to a similar room but the bathtub was not clean and there were not double size bed. 3. Unfortunately, my experience at this accommodation was not satisfactory due to the condition of the room. The walls were full of stains and dampness, apparently caused by a leaking air conditioning unit. The bathroom was also in poor condition; the tiles were not properly cleaned and had mold and humidity in the joints. The shower was also affected by dampness. Overall, the room did not match the promotional photos and showed clear signs of deterioration. Additionally, there was an unpleasant smell, a mix of humidity and poor maintenance, which made the stay uncomfortable. I hope the establishment takes action to improve these conditions, as they significantly affect the guests’ experience !
