Great staff Perfect location Couple of power and wifi outages A little noisy at pool area

staff went out of their way to provide professional, thoughtful service. I left before sunrise one morning, missing breakfast, and they offered me a delicious free lunch the next day.

Great breakfast. Fantastic location, close to everything but not noisy. Although the pool is small it's just perfect to cool down after a day sightseeing, Highly recommend staying here.

Location was near perfect for Pub Street. Cold drink and fruit on arrival is nice, after the heat outside. That set the tone for our stay. Staff are friendly and accommodating. They even gave us plates etc. to eat our street-food takeaways. Good prices on happy hour drinks - 2 margaritas for $3 USD, what's not to love. Nice discreet little pool by the front door. Good water pressure, good hot water. The room was on the smaller side. Nothing wrong with it, just not sure it was the advertised 25 sqm. Some clever photography on the listing.

Lots of things! Starting with the fresh fruit and welcome drink at check-in. The rooms were very smartly decorated with nice touches like bathrobes and slippers. The shower had good water pressure, although the water didn't get very hot - but that turned out to be ok, because it's so hot outside that a lukewarm shower feels nice! The pool was a really great amenity - definitely swim in it in the afternoon, after the temples and when it's too hot to do anything else! Laundry service was great too - $1 USD per kg, which is less than other services in the area and you get it back the same day. My only issue was that the balcony door in my room didn't close flush to the wall. I thought that would be an issue for bugs and air quality, but it wasn't too bad.

Exceptional staff. Very good breakfast available for $5 plus additional food menu added during my stay. Happy hour with complimentary can of beer 6-8 pm. Bed was a little firm.

First of all the staff was amazing! Great and welcoming service. The room we had was in the first floor with a balcony. The design was really cool. The breakfast was very good and freshly prepared. The small pool in the green flowers was beautiful. The hotel is very well located to reach all attractions like pub street and night market within a few minutes walk. Angkor temple's are easy to reach by bicycle and tuktuk. Air con didn't really cool the room.... That's all. The hotel is really recommended!

Great location, very close to the central markets, restaurants, pubs, motorcycle rentals and tour operators, but far enough that it's not noisy. All areas were clean and modern. My room had a tiny balcony that was good to get some natural light into the room but otherwise it's facing other buildings. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests and questions. They all spoke English well. The breakfast was good: I liked their fried rice dish and their egg dish, but the pancakes were boring with just honey and nothing else. Noodles were ok. I would recommend paying for their breakfast if you want to save 30 minutes of searching outside. Bed was very comfortable. No mosquitoes or bugs. Wifi worked well. TV has HDMI cable available so you can connect your laptop. The electric water heater in the shower was not working well. I turned it to the maximum and didn't mix it with any cold water and it was still a bit cold for comfort. One night I managed to get burning hot water out of it but it was gone after a few minutes. Steps and people talking on the corridor could be heard easily but it's very hard to find better in Asia. Air conditioner is facing the bed but you can adjust the direction to make it better.

Staff...room a little tired to be honest...staff lovely.... Organised trip was very disappointed with as the tuk tuk man wasn't very helpful unfortunately....but other staff very....

I like that place very much. I was there for 9 nights. Very nice. Good breakfast. Location good. Quiet. Very very nice staff !! I will come again.

Location near to pub street & major attractions yet very quiet which I appreciate. The manager Mr Barang was very helpful & accommodating. The original room air conditioner was not cold. The next day was given a bit smaller room but AC was good.

Staffs were really friendly and accommodating customers wishes. One staff during the happy hour needs an extra compliment. The reception are for breakfast could be bit larger.

Helpful and friendly staff, my bed was comfortable with clean and quality linen. I stayed in shared room but felt that it was private. Location is the top notch, within few minutes to old market (or phsaa chah)

Everything, I could rest and relax in this heaven after noisy hotel in BKK. Enjoyed pool, breakfast, staff's attitude and friendliness. Location is perfect, nearby Pub street. Wishing this hotel prosperity in their business. Nothing

It’s only a few meters from the VET/TM bus from Bangkok stop. Don’t get fooled into a tuk-tuk taking you anywhere. Nice, pool albeit my friend refers to it as a large puddle. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and filling. I complained about the a/c not being effective. They turned it in high but this didn’t really fix it. My last day, I realized that the cleaning staff left the shower doors open which have high screens only. They’d been cooling the great outdoors.
