We really appreciated the location, staff, cleanliness, and facilities. This hotel is an excellent value in a fun city with everything you need to enjoy the local area and come home to a sanctuary…? The staff helped us to arrive and depart with arranged transport…and they were quite accommodating to our many requests and needs. No complaints.

Everything (food too! and we are from San Francisco) and everyone was exceptional. It’s a beautiful luxurious place to stay. Sure you could spend $30 less for your whole stay..but why? The WiFi not so good. But I’m not working so……

From the moment we arrived--and were served chilled tea and peanuts to welcome us--we felt at home in the peaceful surroundings of this elegant hotel. And in subsequent arrivals, coming back from exploring the city or going on excursions, we were greeted with icy cold face cloths along with the chilled tea. On entering our room we were delighted by the flower art on the bed. These are small examples of the staff's attention to detail and guest comfort. The Bliss is a new, small, classy hotel. Our quiet, spacious room was fabulous ... with its balcony overlooking the greenery and pool, good wifi, quiet AC, very comfortable bed, stocked fridge, stone shower and freestanding tub, and lots of light. And we enjoyed the tasteful decor with, for example, a huge framed photo of Ankgor Wat over the bed and a sandstone Apsara dancer figure on a plinth. The room was exceptionally clean with daily housekeeping. Breakfast was a treat with lots of self-serve items plus menu options from Khmer dishes to eggs benedict. Oh, and those delicious lattes. Well situated: walking distance to all amenities--shops, restaurants, the Apsara dance theatre, etc. I could go on praising this gem of a hotel but I'll just say thank you to the warm, friendly, extremely helpful crew. We'll be back, we hope.

The staff was exceptional - we were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived - the pool/courtyard area was very comfortable and welcoming No fault of the hotels but there were several barking dogs in the neighborhood that impacted our sleep

I stayed at The Bliss Angkor for 3 days in February. Despite the limited number of rooms, the hotel provides comprehensive facilities. During my stay, I dined at the restaurant, used the spa twice, and utilized the on-site currency exchange and airport pickup services ($35). Food prices are fair, averaging approximately $4 per dish. The rooms are clean and well-organized. Staff service is exceptional; cold towels, tea, and professional greetings are provided upon every return. It was a highly comfortable experience in Cambodia.

The staff was wonderful - they were very helpful, stayed on top of things, and you felt that they genuinely wanted you to have a great experience at the hotel. The setting is beautiful - having breakfast by the pool in the courtyard was memorable. The location is ideal - it's away from Pub Street, but within an easy walking distance to the action center. There is an excellent vegetarian restaurant close to the hotel, which made it even better. The hotel appears to have some issues with its water system. There is an on and off sulfur smell from the water at the sink. The hot water at the shower got worse over the 3 nights we stayed there - on the last night we had to take a cold shower. The AC is positioned too close to the bed and blew cold air directly at the bed.

We could not have asked for a better stay at The Bliss Angkor Hotel in Siem Reap! Everything was simply wonderful, and the staff could not have been more welcoming, warm, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, were comfortable, and felt truly at home, while remaining incredibly professional. We stayed in the villa, which was lovely, very comfortable, and far more spacious than we had expected. The experience felt comparable to a 4-5 star hotel, yet at an exceptionally attractive rate, certainly not what one would expect to pay for such a high level of service. The hotel’s location was also ideal, just a short distance from the city centre and its excellent restaurants, yet situated in a quieter neighbourhood that we enjoyed very much. Our stay at The Bliss Angkor Hotel made our visit to Siem Reap even more special. We sincerely hope to return in the future, and we thank everyone at The Bliss Angkor Hotel from the bottom of our hearts for such a memorable stay.

Small boutique hotel. Great location— just outside the hubbub. The staff were very diligent in ensuring you had a good stay. We would come back hot and sweaty and be greeted by cold towels and ice cold tea. If you sat poolside they would bring peanuts and cold water. Food is well made and exceptionally reasonable. Rooms were very clean and good water pressure. Pillows were nice and fluffy! It was our best hotel in this vacation thus far. Nothing.

Great location Great staff

Wow! What a wonderful place. Located in a quiet neighborhood away from the city center but still close enough to walk. The staff were fantastic always greeting us and offering cold towels and tea. Very attentive and helpful. The coffee was out of the world. The coffee art was at the next level. One of the baristas created a Kangaroo and a rabbit. Minor inconvenience with the first room we stayed. But they promptly gave us another room.

The gecko, too much unnecessary cob webs and a feeling of too much isolation that made it felt not connected to civility I guess. The showers was a exhilarating experience but felt like it needed a deep clean and sterilization due to the gritty and feeling of vacancy. Dust was on top panel of ledge, curtains were partially part of that same issues. The patio door was actually wilted ajar off the frame and made it felt like bugs and others can actually seep into your night. And if your fearful of geckos, then from night to night. It is all you see at night.

Everything at this hotel is outstanding, but especially fantastic is the staff. They are so gracious, helpful and friendly! From cold cloths upon arrival to cold water provided at the pool, the staff is always one step ahead in looking after the guests. The food at the restaurant is delicious (loved the servers!), the pool is crystal clear clean and the rooms are spotless. They also have a very reasonably priced spa. Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. Recommend it very highly! Nothing

The hotel name really says it all - we found our stay of four nights to be bliss! The attention to detail, cleanliness, and professional staff were highlights. It was like an oasis, returning after temple exploration to cold refreshing towels and tea. The food was tasty (we enjoyed breakfasts, snacks and dinners) and we got local recommendations and suggestions to make the most of our stay. Most of all we appreciated the lovely people running the hotel, it was a pleasure to stay with you all. My husband has stayed in 5 star hotels around the world for work and he said the service here was as good if not better. Highly recommend this hotel for a modern and peaceful stay in Siem Reap. Difficult to think of anything. Good job!

Loved every single thing. It was WAY beyond expectations for ANY hotel. Especially the spotless pool, lit at night, for swimming laps. Wonderful staff rented me an electric scooter. Every time I returned, a chilled cloth and ice tea was waiting. Beautiful room with fridge, lush bed.

It felt luxurious and everything was done with such a high level of care and attention to detail. There is nothing I disliked.

Everything. Price point, food, pool, service, spa! Nothing

Fantastic staff. Great food. Lovely pool. Very crisp and clean air conditioned rooms. Great quiet location still a medium walk or short grab ride away from all the sites.

The kind and attentive staff really puts Bliss over the top. The breakfast is also amazing and delicious. The coffee is especially delicious (and a rabbit image made in the foam!). The pool is lovely and long enough for leisurely laps. My teenage daughters are still raving about this hotel as their favorite of all time. The furniture is all beautiful sturdy wood that is unforgivingly cut at right angles, so a bit uncomfortable for sitting for longer reads or periods of time.
