SIGNAL HILL MOTEL

This is my favorite place to visit, quiet, clean,and friendly.

It was a comfortable stay, we did run into some issues but the manager did try and accommodate with a late check out. The floors were a bit dirty not suitable for my toddler. And on my last day I did run into a couple of roaches. There was parking on the property which was acceptable, we didn’t have to pay like other properties require.

This is very much a budget motel. The neighborhood is marginal, the room spartan, but it was reasonably clean and the bed was comfortable. The AC kept the room cool on a hot day.

cozy and intimate wifi did not work and no hot running water and no wash cloths ... yes i took cold showers but it was july in la so does ca not require motels to provide hot running water ?!

Sunflowers were blooming. The room was not cleaned, it has old wrappers, hair, trash, and debris on the ground and the sheets were not cleaned or changed. It was so gross!!!! I had to clean the room myself, ask for clean sheets and bedding. It was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Absolutely disgusting. I tried to leave but we were in Long Beach for warp tour and everywhere we would try to find to move to change hotels they were booked. It was terrible. Definitely hired bots to tell us lies on bookings. If you do a deeper dive you will see bedbugs is a huge problem there!

Unfortunately the room did not look like the pictures. After walking in I was immediately hit with cigarette smoke, even though there was a no smoking sign in the room. There were stains on the pillows. The bathroom mirror and toilet both were cracked. We even tried another room again hit with smoke. We ended up leaving and not staying the night. i was even offered drugs by another guest on our way out!

The Location was easy to find. The parking is well marked and clutter free. The room was clean and tighty. The Staff is outstanding and helpful.

I always stay here when I’m in town to DJ in Long Beach.

Satisfied for a 1 night stay. I booked 2 rooms. The small room with a double bed was a bonus. But 1 room smells cigarette. Bathroom is tight. I did not use their brown bath towel, I used my own coz I dont trust it being clean just like what I have read in the reviews.

The property was All the pictures that I saw showed a microwave in the rooms. I did not have a microwave. It wasn’t anything to write home about. And I would not recommend this for anybody.
