Best Western Plus Silverdale Beach Hotel

Rooms would be good but the AC on the 2-4th floors was out. They did provide a fan and window could open but it wasn’t as restful. Then the next day our room key just stopped working. We had to go and have the them reissue us a key to get back into our room. At checkout we were given someone else’s receipt. All in all it could’ve been a fine place to stay but the maintenance and the chaos with staff made one thing after another that I wouldn’t stay there again.

Nobody's listened. Please stay away from Best Western

Sold us a room knowing the jetted tub didn’t work, the fridge didn’t work, and the fireplace. Save your time and go w a bare boned room

My kids absolutely love staying there because of the pool. It’s a great feature.

Bad hotel!

was clean but hot due to weather and A/C. Breakfast A very good selection and cheerful staff. Front Desk check in and check out went very well.

The advertised restaurant and bar were also closed, and no mention of that at check in either. We had to go elsewhere to eat. There was a homeless family in a vehicle parked in the lot. Early morning screaming and arguing woke us up because we had to sleep with the window wide open.

Air conditioning was not working in any rooms and they don’t let you know until you’re already checked in. Hot tub was nice, great views in the pool area.

The view was great and we loved the first floor water view with a patio. That said there was a massive wet spot in the hotel floor by the wall next to the toilet. There was no air conditioning (they knew this ahead of our stay). The pool was closed and a staff member said it would be closed for hours for reasons unknown, then when it was almost check out time a different staff person said that wasn’t true that they only close it for 15 min every morning. No one told us at check in. Tried to eat breakfast but there wasn’t any warm food left and other guests were asking and told that the kitchen knew but that they would go back and remind them. So clearly they stopped a while before the end of service. They told my husband they spoke to me and resolved my concern when I never spoke to them.

AC was down. They didn't offer any discount for that, just gave us some bottled water. Good thing wasn't too hot at night, so we slept with balcony door open. Beside that good location next to the beach, and great breakfest

Ac did not work, room was 89 when I entered it. Tv was inop as well. Switched me rooms and that tv reception was not good at all!!! Staff was less than helpful and instead of ac they wanted me to have a huge square fan to haul to my room. Easily the very worst stay I’ve ever had booking with Expedia. I truly believe I deserve a refund. Had I been told the building had ac not working I would have stayed elsewhere but they told me ac didn’t work AFTER I checked in. Bad bad bad!!!!!!!!

No air conditioner

AC was down and it was 75-80° that weekend. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

The bed was comfortable. View was nice. Staff was very friendly. The fire place, A/C, and jet tub wasn't working. Two of the big reasons I picked the room and they weren't available for use. The toilet tank float stopper kept jamming. I had to constantly mess with it to get the tank to fill up to flush the toilet.

Michele at the front desk was very nice and helpful liked the sauna and had a nice workout No light above the sink also more towels would have been nice and the shampoo and conditioner and wash were empty and fell off wall very easily.

So clean Breakfast process was a hassle
