This is where we like to stay in Silverdale when we visit our daughter.

We stayed in a large, comfortable room. The breakfast was fine, with some hot dishes, although not a huge buffet. I'd certainly be happy to stay here again.

Breakfast selections were very good, breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has only ONE elevator. Most of the time we took stairs but when carrying luggage or other bags or food we needed the elevator and sometimes we would be waiting for about 8 to 10 minutes. Most hotels have at least two elevators. Strong suggestion to add another elevator. We heard a lot of complaints about having to wait a long time, especially from those who were slightly handicapped.

The walkability to nearby food. The facility use to be smoking and the remnants of smell remain.

We loved our experience here from check in to the end of our stay! We were greeted with a warm welcome and complimentary drink during their happy hour. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of and were very friendly. The room was clean and comfortable pillows! Pillows are a deal breaker for me during my hotel stays and this placed passed! We also had a pleasant complimentary breakfast in the morning. I would definitely come back if I need a hotel in the area.

Lovely Hotel! The moment you walked into this lobby, you’ll see beautiful shades of oceanic blue tones, art and a water feature on the wall. Staff were very friendly at check in. Clean rooms, silent hallways. Which I really enjoyed. Usually we hear people’s conversations or kids running down hallways. But not at this hotel. Slept so well. BONUS: The evening drink tickets were a wonderful surprise, and the waterfront views from bar balcony was the sweet spot!!! I truly appreciated feeling like the hotel in itself was a vacation stay. Will return!!

Extremely Disappointing Stay My husband, friends, and I stayed here for one night while attending a show nearby, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. We checked in at 3:00 p.m. and were told that the rooms we had reserved were no longer available, even though there had been plenty of availability when we made our reservation. We were told we were being “upgraded,” but the upgraded room was located directly beneath the dining room and across from the laundry area, apparently near where staff gathered and ate. Throughout our stay, we heard machines running, loud conversations, doors slamming, rolling carts, and constant foot traffic. The supposed benefit of the upgrade was a water view, but that certainly did not make up for all the noise and activity right outside our door. For approximately $300 per night, plus fees and taxes, we expected a much better experience. The room itself was very worn, and the ceiling repair—apparently from a previous leak beneath the dining room—looked extremely amateurish. Even the paintwork was poorly done. The breakfast was also very disappointing. We could have stayed somewhere else for half the price and likely had a much better experience. Based on the condition of the room, the noise, and the overall quality of our stay, I would not even consider this room worth $99

Had to make a last minute reservation due to an emergency. Family member was in the ER in Silverdale. Staff were so kind and helpful. Able to reserve a room quick and painlessly. We got to the hotel exhausted and found a care basket with a card wishing a speedy recovery. Room was clean, bathroom clean and very comfortable bed. Would recommend this hotel and we plan to stay here in the future under better conditions

From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The staff provided excellent service and support, and everything about my stay was easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay at Oxford Suites again!

Best experience and food! Highly recommend!

It was a great hotel. Amenities and staff were great too
-
We are late for the breakfast but the good staff offer something for my kids
-
Staff is great. Location great. Amenities great. Rooms are dated. There are stains on the carpets and bedskirt, wear in the bathtub, and a tear in the curtains.
-
Beautiful ocean view.

Didn't participate
-
It was way too expensive for the facility. It was nice, but not worth $400+

Running Water
-
Staff was sweet to remind that the bar and cafe had a wonderful balcony, which was nice because we enjoyed our welcome beer watching the tide come in.
