We rented penthouse 2 and were amazed at the size of apartment and the deck! The pool and beach were awesome as well. All the staff, Mega, Toni and the rest were friendly and the restaurant was very good. The property had no shortcomings in our opinion

The view and the place is overall amazing. It’s a small quaint place that I would come to over and over. I could’ve spent my whole vacation here. The breakfast was also very good. The older gentleman that we checked in with was such a delight. He is top tier hospitality. Tony one of the workers was untruthful. He told us you cannot order gojek to the hotel because of some bogus reasoning of them not being allowed in Lovina even though we took a gojek to the hotel from the harbor to arrive. My advice for anyone who stays here is to just trust your own instincts and not listen to Tony. He isn’t someone who is to be trusted being that it was clear he was trying to get us to use his friend as a driver for over 150,000 more rupiah than necessary.

Huge thank you to Mega ( boss lady) Tony, Ayu and Wayan. The service was fantastic. Rooms cleaned everyday at our convenience, breakfast was accommodating at any time of morning to suit. We had 2 rooms and both were huge, and had all the things you need to feel at home from kitchen was to multiple areas to chill. The balcony was expansive and had many options to chill in the hot evenings allowing outdoor access to the best and peaceful coast you could imagine . On occasion we made a call to reception and they catered to our dinner which was first class, fresh and delicious. Every morning the staff were on the beach raking and cleaning the beach, presenting a classic luxury beach for hotel guest. Thanks again, will recommend this hotel unreservedly. Hard to find anything that didn’t satisfy my expectations

The staff were very keen to please. If you couldn't get a gogek, there was always someone you could ask for transport....thank you Toni ? No complaints at all ?

The room is very spacious, balcony was nice, nice view. Maintenance was poor, taps loose, not working properly. Toilet flush was so loose you had to use 2 hands to hold and press. Water stains through the bathroom, roof and gutter outside entrance was rusted through and leaking.

Mr Made toni, he’s a great helpful guy, I really wish him to be in a better place than this hotel Our experience was nothing short of a nightmare, I feel compelled to share the details of this ordeal, which left us feeling unsafe and utterly dissatisfied with the services provided. To begin with, the manager of the dolphin beach Bali apartments booked for us a dolphins watching tour as we were staying there for few nights, which was priced at 500k IDR for both of us. We were instructed to be at the reception by 6 am. However, upon arrival, we encountered a man who directed us to the boat number 89. Once on board, the captain immediately tried to convince us to book a private trip, It was perplexing that he insisted on a private trip when we were the only two participants present. During the snorkeling excursion, I unfortunately lost my snorkel. The captain of the boat immediately demanded that I have to pay 1 million rupiah or be left stranded in the middle of the sea. Feeling coerced, I reluctantly agreed to pay upon our return to shore. This incident alone was distressing, but what followed was even more alarming. After a heated argument, the captain threatened physical violence and claimed that he could do to me whatever he pleased as it was his country. I promptly reported this incident to the hotel, expecting a swift and appropriate response. However, to my dismay, the hotel staff showed no concern or willingness to address the situation. Instead, they sent an individual named Rocky, who falsely represented himself as the leader of the boat's organisation, to handle the matter. At night, we noticed that Rocky was wearing the hotel’s security uniform. This raised suspicions about the hotel's involvement and the true nature of his role. Seeking clarification, I approached other boat captains on the beach the next day and discovered that Rocky was merely an alcoholic security personnel with no authority over the private boat operations. This revelation only deepened our sense of unease and insecurity.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel was too far from the center.

The staff were nice. The space was large There were RATS. Rats are my food and kept me up at night. Holes all over the place. NO HOT WATER so only cold showers. The drains smelt so bad after showering. Everything was old and falling apart. Holes in The curtains and doors.

The hotel is more like private apartments. Our suite was an apartment with full kitchen and big fridge, bathtub and terrace over looking the beautiful beach. The staff were very kind and so lovely. They need to be aware of garbage on the beach and on the side of the hotel as it makes the place look dirty. Someone needs to pickup and clean up. Not sit and chat and smoke cigarettes all day. I ordered tea and it came in a tiny cup instead of a pot. annoying… The restaurant insisted on using single-use plastic straws which go directly into the sea. I spoke to management about if but they didn't care and continued using plastic straws. Why must they use straws in the first place? We don't need them. Otherwise, biodegradable ones if you must. They didn't serve napkins with the food and I kept having to get up and ask for a napkin. There was animal poo on the grass in the morning that none of the staff bothered to pick up even though all the hotel guests were downstairs stepping over it. There were empty liqueur bottle strewn in the parking lot for the two days I was staying there tthat should have been put away for recycle.
