The bathroom floor was on several different levels - not the safest design.

1. The shower is designed not well. The floor does not has proper gradient of slope, so after using the shower the floor everywhere is wet

100% the staff, they all do their best to make you happy, always have a smile and ready to help when needed. Very friendly. We were really disappointed with our stay at Lovina Haven in Lovina. The staff is amazing, but the hotel itself feels more like a 3-star than anything close to a 5-star. The restaurant food is mediocre and barely local, and the breakfast is super basic with no real flavor. On top of that, we were woken up every morning at 4:30am by the mosque right next door. Being in a “5-star” hotel and getting earplugs as a solution is honestly ridiculous, even after changing rooms to try to get a bit farther away. And as a final goodbye, since the hotel charges extra for pretty much everything, we even got an extra bill at checkout for a bit of sand on a hand towel… seriously? Overall, this hotel is a big no-go for us. The staff is fantastic, but the place is nowhere near a real 5-star, and we definitely won’t be coming back.

We only stayed 1 night in the hotel. It was a fantastic stay. Super friendly staff, spacious rooms and a good location, directly on the beach. Excellent breakfast. For sure we will book this hotel again when we are in the Lovina area.

The great majority of the staff was young and inexperienced. We tried all the food at the restaurant, but it was not very good.

The room and bed were comfortable. There is a restaurant and a spa on the property. The restaurant had a good menu. The spa package prices were very reasonable. The massage was really good and it was convenient that I could walk to my room after. The pool and grounds are beautiful and well maintained. The staff ( reception, wait staff, gardeners) were very friendly and helpful, especially Reza at reception desk. I received a blessing when I arrived and I really liked that. The staff arranged a dolphin tour that worked out great. Location is a little isolated so there aren't places to walk around the hotel.

The staff and the resort area was very nice and friendly. We liked the pool and the restaurant. The room and the bathroom was quite different from photos. Bathroom was outdated and rusty with a damaged sliding door. Also was no refrigerator in the room....
