Nothing at all 1.The rate is falsely advertised 2. We been offered for a room for higher price 5x from the rate that been advertised which is musty and substandard it’s disappointing

Location was quite good. A little way from the town of lovina but it has its own beach frontage. Refused to honour the price advertised on booking.com. insisted we pay 4x the advertised amount before giving us a room. Refused to negotiate and offered no compromise or reason for not keeping to the booking price. Be aware, the price they offer is only to get you to the hotel. When you arrive, the price you will have to pay is 4x more.

The staff is friendly enough, the location is pretty good and easy to find The mattress is almost broken, the room is dirty, the broken ac makes a noise

Near the beach. Just need to walk to find many jukung to take you seeing the dolphins. The hotel have restaurant too here so you dont need to go anywhere. The price at booking.com is different with the price at hotel. We didnt have other choice because it was heavy rain when we checked in, so yes we paid with a higher price. Rooms are dirty and seems old.

The hotel is affordable with location is right in the front of the beach. Everything was nice, the staffs were friendly and helpful, the room and the garden were clean. The swimming poll was so dirty, it was like no maintanace for long time

Nothing in particular. This place will tell you that they don't have a contract with booking.com and will charge you higher then what is stated on the site. On top of that, the hotel is dated and simply horrible. Do yourself a favor and stay away.

the breakfast was good and the staff lovely when we arrived they refused to honor the booking.com price and charged us almost double for our rooms. when we got to our rooms one room smelled absolutely disgusting, like off dead fish, one smelled moldy and you could see the water damage and mould in the roof, the other was good but no mozzie net and heaps of mozzies, all rooms and bathrooms were dirty, but the linen and beds were clean I would never stay here again it was a total disappointment

was good location, right on the beach when we arrived the hotel tried to charge us more than what we were quoted on booking.com, after getting in contact with booking.com and them explaining we only have to pay the price we were quoted the manger attempted to refuse our stay and told us to find another hotel - blatantly going against what they had been told
